賓館的優點是在旁邊小區有免費停車，還有提供洗衣機自助洗衣服，房間比較大，晚上睡覺也算比較安靜，樓下旁邊就是小吃的地方，附近還有超市，購買物資也方便，缺點是這個價位的賓館設施都比較陳舊，不能要求太高
