Wynajęłam mieszkanie w Vinhomes Skylake i naprawdę znalazłam doświadczenie przekroczone moje oczekiwania. Przestrzeń jest cicho i powietrzna, zapewniając komfortowe uczucie, jakby być w swoim własnym domu. Położenie jest bardzo wygodne, bezpośrednio w dzielnicy Mój Dinh, co ułatwia dostęp do centrum miasta i innych ważnych obszarów. Są w pobliżu wiele restauracji, kawiarni, supermarketów i zielonych parków – idealny dla wycieczek i podróży biznesowych. Najbardziej mnie wstrząsnęła gospodarz. Gospodarz jest bardzo przyjazny, entuzjastycznie i reaguje niezwykle szybko. Od czasu wjazdu na cały pobyt wszelkie pytania lub żądania zostały rozważalne, profesjonalne i bardzo przyjemne postawy, co stwarza poczucie bezpieczeństwa i komfortu, zwłaszcza dla zagranicznych gości. Jeśli szukasz wysokiej klasy, dobrze zlokalizowane miejsce z wiarygodnym hostem, bardzo polecam ten apartament w Vinhomes Skylake. Z pewnością wrócę.

Excellent Apartment is in a modern building on a complex of other modern towers, very nice. There are covenience stores, restaurants, gyms, bakery pharmacy all within a very short walking distance. There is also a mall nearby The apartment was newly renovated, very clean and comfortable with a nice sofa and projector which you can cast to from your phone. It was spacious too. Lots of spaces to put luggage and big wardrobes for clothes. I felt at home here Also a washing machine which is invaluable if you are on a long holiday, and nice balcony where you can hang clothes to dry Host was very kind and helped with all my requests within minutes. The only downside was the particular apartment I stayed in overlooked a major junction and the road noise was high. But they have apartments on the other side of the of the building too, so just discuss with them if that's a major issue.

We booked a 3 bedroom “luxury” apartment with balcony view and unfortunately it was not anything like the pictures online. It was tolerable, so we stayed, but we were disappointed with how different it was than what we expected. A fresh coat of paint and new bedding, some basics like hand soap & hand towels, would greatly improve the place. The tub had not been cleaned well, and I’m not sure all the sheets had been washed. There was also an electricity turn off notice taped to the door, and another one inside the apartment. Some TLC and attention to detail would go a long way for this 29th floor apartment. (2912). The location is great, with small shops and a larger mall within walking distance, and the price seemed reasonable too. However, the online pictures should absolutely be updated to accurately reflect the apartment.

Positive: - Amazing room, great wood smell, a lot of small great details. We had the deluxe room with two saunas. - Motivated staff to support us. We had a bath issue, technician there within the hour. We wanted access to the pickleball field (perfect by the way!), staff came running with the key. - Great decor. A lot of different colorful flower everywhere, fruit tree, pond with frog. Also, thousands of beautiful light illuminates the resort at night. Very pretty. Don't expect amazing rice field though, it's a print out (look at the pictures). - Very calm, away of Hanoi loudness (it took us one hour of transit from Hanoi for d500 000 of taxi). Fresh air! - Good wifi and smart TV, but wasn't able to Chrome cast from my phone. Negative: - Food : Breakfast was literally insta ramen... And Food prices were high for Vietnam (see menu picture). You need cash to pay (can't pay by card), but they allowed us to pay it all on the last day (we booked a cab to a bank 15min away to take out cash). - No English speaker staff: We made it work through WhatsApp and Google translate. - Check in/out: There is no reception desk. We were guided to our room by the 24h guard (positive), but we needed to ask the staff the next day about the wifi password. - No map of the resort or guided tour. Also, the resort is still under construction. - The ”rock” rooms are artificial (sound empty when you kick it). - We didn't use the pool since the water was green. - There is no scheduled weekly activity, so it's really to relax. Staff recommended to visit the ”nearby” national park, but it was 1h away. - Nothing in the immediate area outside the resort, you have to walk 30-40min in either direction to find other restaurants or shop. (We walk it once and booked a Grab the following time).

Loved my time at the apartment in Vinhomes D’Capitale! Super clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. Great location and the host was really kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Hanoi and will happily come back for future trips!

The hotel's overall environment is great, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the facilities are complete. The staff's service attitude is excellent, making you feel very welcome. Everything went smoothly during my stay, it was a pleasant experience.

Although the receptionist had limited English speaking skills, they were amicable. Additionally, the service provided was satisfactory and our lodgings were clean; unfortunately, when I attempted to use the kettle for coffee-making purposes it contained insects. The cuisine offered on-site was ok. However, despite these drawbacks overall we received exceptional hospitality from all staff members encountered during our stay. I believe the advertisement indicates that transportation to the airport is free, but in reality you will need to pay an additional fee for this service.

Mieszkałam w pokoju mieszanym. Ja, samotna dziewczyna, zostałam umieszczona w pokoju z 5 facetami. W łazience była maszynka do golenia, toaleta nie była spłukiwana, rzeczy były porozrzucane po pokoju. Ale to są rzeczy sytuacyjne i tutaj zależy od szczęścia z sąsiadami. Ale głównym minusem jest to, że na górze hostelu jest bar, sąsiedzi (również z innych pokoi) pili do północy. Hostel ma słabą izolację akustyczną i nie dało się spać w takich warunkach. Następnej nocy przeniosłam się do innego hostelu. Plusy: + czysta pościel + normalna woda pod prysznicem + świetna lokalizacja w centrum + dobre śniadanie. Minusy: - głośno, słaba izolacyjność akustyczna - nie dawajcie ręcznika - potencjalnie pijani sąsiedzi z powodu baru na dachu (ale dla niektórych bar jest plusem) Jeśli jesteś młodą osobą i planujesz dobrze się bawić i pić w Hanoi, to prawdopodobnie nie znajdziesz żadnych minusów tego hostelu. Jeśli potrzebujesz dobrze się wyspać, to zdecydowanie nie jest to opcja dla Ciebie.

Pokój jest czysty, w P4, w holu, po prostu powiedz, że jesteś już na miejscu. Pani mówi po chińsku. Zatrzymanie jest wygodne, ponieważ jest to apartament. Pani zabiera cię na górę, aby zatrzymać się. Następnego dnia wyjazd jest zamknięty bezpośrednio i wychodzi. Kupa zostanie wpłacona na Twój konto. Klucz jest taki, że mówi po chińsku.
