"One time is enough. The staff upgraded our room to a seaview room, but it required climbing stairs to the 3rd floor, in exchange for an almost completely obscured ocean view. The hot water in the room was intermittent, and at night, they let drunk people sit and drink and yell in the resort's common area until 1 or 2 AM, the noise was so loud it could be heard in our room."
