"I'm not sure how to review this, but it's the worst hotel stay I've ever had, and I usually leave good reviews. Here are a few points for your reference: 1. Breakfast ends at 10 AM. I arrived at the restaurant before 9 AM, and many dishes were already gone. They said it was because a large tour group had come. 2. With so many rooms, there are only two elevators going up and down. 3. The TV in the hotel room is an antique Wasu TV. When I asked if I could cast to it, they said only Android phones could cast. 4. I wanted to boil some water for tea and found that the kettle hadn't been cleaned properly. 5. Trip.com showed that suites could enjoy executive benefits, but when I asked the hotel, they said they didn't offer that service, though they did upgrade my room. All in all, it was far from an ordinary hotel experience."
