"Jeśli chodzi o usługi basenu, musimy wiedzieć, że woda jest morzem, a to jest dobra rzecz, ale chłodnice oszczędnościowe są niewiele i aktywowane są bardzo niewiele razy. Dokładnie byłem w basenie między 18.40 a 20 i aktywowali jet tylko raz przez około 10 minut. Więc uważam, że koszt 20 euro nie jest odpowiedni dla oferowanej usługi. "

"Exquisite hotel with marvelous Spa and huge fantastic indoor pool, serves delicious food and has spacious rooms. Experienced courteous personnel who even made the effort to prepare for my friends (who were arriving late at night and would miss dinner) some cold platter, how thoughtful! The convenience of having your car parked by the valet and retrieved from the garage is one fine service. Altogether, nothing to complain about... merely praises... KUDOS!"

"Hotel jest mniej więcej w porządku, ale nie wart swojej ceny. Pokoje są naprawdę nowoczesne, czyste i odpowiednie dla hotelu 4*. Jednak reszta hotelu i obsługa klienta są dość słabe. Baseny, spa i restauracja są bardzo zatłoczone, głośne i śmierdzące i przydałoby się trochę odświeżenia. Wejście do basenów jest bezpłatne, aby wejść do sauny, trzeba zapłacić 18 euro za osobę. Nie można kupić żadnych napojów w spa, trzeba opuścić teren i przejść do basenów. Jednak bar przy basenie jest otwarty tylko do 18:00, a wellness jest otwarte do 21:00. Podczas naszego pobytu było pełno małych dzieci, krzyczących po basenach i czuliśmy się jak w aquaparku lub lokalnym basenie, a nie jak w wellness, które ma być uspokajające i relaksujące. Wellness jest współdzielone przez różne hotele, więc możesz sobie wyobrazić, jak pełne może być. Było w porządku na jedną noc, ale jeśli chcesz się zrelaksować, lepiej poszukać innego hotelu."

"I am writing this review from Room 41 at approximately 11PM on September 8, 2026, while we are still staying here. Our room is on the top floor, requiring us to climb four flights of stairs. Unfortunately, the biggest problem is the temperature. Starting around 4 PM, the room became unbearably hot and remained that way throughout the evening. It felt like being inside an oven. I went downstairs and asked the front desk if the thermostat could be adjusted. I was told that the thermostat could not be unlocked to lower the temperature, but that the room would become cooler. It did not. I then went back down the four flights of stairs and asked whether we could change rooms or have a portable fan. About 20 minutes later, the staff member came to our room and told us that the hotel had only one fan — and that fan was broken. We had to take cold showers simply to cool ourselves down. Unfortunately, as soon as the shower was over, we were immediately sweating again. At 11 PM, the room was still extremely hot. The room also has no proper chair and no desk or suitable table for a laptop, which makes it difficult even to sit comfortably or work. We stay in more than 50 hotels every year throughout Europe and Southeast Asia, ranging from budget properties to luxury hotels. This is one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. What is particularly disappointing is that we did not simply encounter a problem — we reported the problem and there was no workable solution offered. We could not lower the temperature, we could not get a working fan, and we were not offered another room. I strongly recommend that travelers staying in Piran consider other accommodations before booking this property, particularly if you are assigned a top-floor room."
