It took an hour and a half to get dinner, which consisted of a salad (which was already on the table), a piece of chicken, and a slice of cake. The hotel facilities were clean, although there was only one elevator."

"Based on my experience, this is quite a conscientious boutique hotel. Perhaps its smaller size allows for such attention to detail. If I had to mention one regret, it would be the lack of variety in the breakfast. The menu was exactly the same for all four days of my stay, which inevitably got a bit tiresome. Also, the parking lot is a short distance from the hotel, and I wonder if the security measures could be a bit more modern. It seems there are no preventive measures in place should something unfortunate happen to a vehicle or other issue."

"First of all, the location is excellent. It's near the starting point of Plovdiv's Old Town, making it convenient for sightseeing. Just across the street is the restaurant street next to the Dzumaya Mosque. This historic hotel is located in the Old Town. It's a great place to experience the antique atmosphere of the 19th and early 20th centuries. It feels like a historic hotel. The bedding was particularly comfortable, made of soft cotton, and the mattress was firm and comfortable, making it perfect for a comfortable sleep. I'm very satisfied. The staff was very friendly and answered my questions promptly, so there were no problems. I initially requested breakfast, but after one night, I liked it so much I ordered it for the entire three days. I'm 100% satisfied with the staff, location, and facilities."

"To świetny mały hotel z najwspanialszym personelem. W ciągu kilku minut od przyjazdu raniłem rękę w dziwnym wypadku. Ina w recepcji zgłosiła się do zabrania mnie do A&E w lokalnym szpitalu. Kiedyś działała jako moja tłumaczka & zapłaciła za Tetanus strzelać & Antibiotyki plus odzież itp. Całkowicie ponad i poza jej rolę i w swoim własnym czasie, gdy skończyła swoją zmianę. Jedzenie w restauracji Avocado, które jest przyłączone do recepcji jest naprawdę pyszne, Beef Shank, Foie Gras, Veal Tung 🤤 Oficerowie byli naprawdę uprzejmi i pomocni, a 7 w naszej grupie byli zadowoleni, że wybraliśmy Plaza. Z pewnością tu wrócę."

"The location of the hotel is good is nearby the bus station to Turkey. A large supermarket Lidi is nearby and free parking is available. Some apartments equipped with washing machine and kitchen utensils. You can save a lot if you need washing your clothes and make dinner yourselves."

"Mieliśmy tylko kilka godzin, aby zbadać centrum miasta, więc zdecydowaliśmy się pozostać w Bright House, co było najlepszą decyzją. Miejsce nie mogło być lepsze - w dzielnicy Kapana z mnóstwem restauracji, kilka minut od starego miasta, meczetu, ulicy pieszej i mniej niż 10 minut od Teatru Rzymskiego. Nasz apartament był nowoczesny i miał wszystkie udogodnienia, które mogliśmy potrzebować, a Dimitar był pomocny w każdym pytaniu, które mieliśmy."

"This was a nice hotel in a pretty location. The room was lovely and there were nice toiletries provided. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was very mediocre, but otherwise, it was a good choice. Plovdiv doesn't really have much to offer but we enjoyed our stay at this hotel."

"The hotel itself is fine, but the location is horrendous. As of 27 August, the construction is so large making crossing the intersection a huge hassle. Transportation is also horrible as buses run only once every 40 minutes, so you have to schedule yourself properly if you want to go to the city Centre. Moreover, calling taxis are incredibly difficult. Taxis attempted to call and no one wants to pick up guests here. If you’re staying in Plovdiv, get yourself a hotel in the city Centre because this location is not great."

"Beautiful antique room, great bath, lovely bed, charismatic wonderful space. Nice breakfast. However… The concierge shared his DNA with of a plank of wood. Unhelpful, unfriendly and nowhere to be found when you needed him. Didn’t even say thank you or goodbye when we left. He just filtered into the shadows with the 40lev for parking. The woman was communicative, helpful and friendly. Maybe she should run it. (Oh, and the restaurant is shut) On another note. Plovdiv itself is very quiet, not much to do, in retrospect we should have spent no more than 2 nights."
