Miejsce nie mogło być lepsze - w dzielnicy Kapana z mnóstwem restauracji, kilka minut od starego miasta, meczetu, ulicy pieszej i mniej niż 10 minut od Teatru Rzymskiego. Nasz apartament był nowoczesny i miał wszystkie udogodnienia, które mogliśmy potrzebować, a Dimitar był pomocny w każdym pytaniu, które mieliśmy."

"Pierwszy raz odwiedziłem Plovdiv, kiedy przyjechałem do hotelu, zameldowałem się i wszedłem do mojego pokoju, bo było późno i muszę odpocząć, bo mam wielki turniej w kilku miastach w Bułgarii.... Kiedy wszedłem do mojego pokoju, byłem wstrząśnięty przez okropną, upokorzoną i bardzo brudną sytuację w 4-gwiazdkowym hotelu. Rankiem poszedłem na śniadanie i spotkałem całkowicie brudną restaurację, a stan dywanu był bardzo obrzydliwy, okropny... Nie muszę wiele mówić, ponieważ można zobaczyć z własnych oczu kilka zdjęć, które tu umieściłem fakty rzeczywistości, że ten hotel jest w. Hotel zatrzasnął w czasie, dekoracja z ostatniego wieku, bardzo rozpaczliwy, poważne brak codziennego czyszczenia dla hotelu 4-star, nie polecam go nikomu, gorszy niż hotel 2 lub 3-star. W zakończeniu, sprawdziłem się z tego hotelu tak szybko jak to możliwe. Nigdy nie myślałem, że znajdę 4-star hotele w tych okropnych stanach."

"This is a large hotel, located somewhat far from the city center, so having a car is advisable (if not essential) to get there. On the other hand, it has free parking right in front of the hotel, which is very convenient for coming and going, although the first time you arrive it's a bit confusing since there's a barrier and nowhere does it indicate that it's the hotel's parking lot. You have to take a ticket and drive through as if it were a public parking lot, and then at reception they validate the ticket each time so you can leave without having to pay. The hotel is in a tall, large building with a "Soviet" style aesthetic, lacking any charm, despite being quite nice. The same was true of the room: very large, functional, it had everything necessary, it was on a high floor with a view... but without any charm! The hotel was half empty, if not almost completely empty, which also seemed strange. The staff were very polite, but lacked initiative. For example, upon arrival we asked about the pool, and they showed us where it was, but when we went down to swim, they told us it was already closed for maintenance at 6 pm... in the middle of August! Even so, the best thing about the hotel, at least in summer, is undoubtedly the pool (which is why we chose it, as it was very hot at midday). There were few people there, and the surroundings were rather unattractive, although the pool itself was huge and very pleasant. Breakfast was fine, nothing special. On the second day, we were the only couple at a table in the dining room, and they served us breakfast à la carte because they hadn't even set up the buffet. I suppose it was because there weren't enough guests. The overall impression was that the hotel was operating at half capacity, or as if it were about to close soon, or perhaps not, but a hotel of this size with so few guests gave a somewhat sad and run-down feel. In short, it's a good place to stay while visiting Plovdiv, if you have a car or other means of transport, but it lacks any real charm."

"To świetny mały hotel z najwspanialszym personelem. W ciągu kilku minut od przyjazdu raniłem rękę w dziwnym wypadku. Ina w recepcji zgłosiła się do zabrania mnie do A&E w lokalnym szpitalu. Kiedyś działała jako moja tłumaczka & zapłaciła za Tetanus strzelać & Antibiotyki plus odzież itp. Całkowicie ponad i poza jej rolę i w swoim własnym czasie, gdy skończyła swoją zmianę. Jedzenie w restauracji Avocado, które jest przyłączone do recepcji jest naprawdę pyszne, Beef Shank, Foie Gras, Veal Tung 🤤 Oficerowie byli naprawdę uprzejmi i pomocni, a 7 w naszej grupie byli zadowoleni, że wybraliśmy Plaza. Z pewnością tu wrócę."

"The hotel itself is fine, but the location is horrendous. As of 27 August, the construction is so large making crossing the intersection a huge hassle. Transportation is also horrible as buses run only once every 40 minutes, so you have to schedule yourself properly if you want to go to the city Centre. Moreover, calling taxis are incredibly difficult. Taxis attempted to call and no one wants to pick up guests here. If you’re staying in Plovdiv, get yourself a hotel in the city Centre because this location is not great."

"Beautiful antique room, great bath, lovely bed, charismatic wonderful space. Nice breakfast. However… The concierge shared his DNA with of a plank of wood. Unhelpful, unfriendly and nowhere to be found when you needed him. Didn’t even say thank you or goodbye when we left. He just filtered into the shadows with the 40lev for parking. The woman was communicative, helpful and friendly. Maybe she should run it. (Oh, and the restaurant is shut) On another note. Plovdiv itself is very quiet, not much to do, in retrospect we should have spent no more than 2 nights."
