Hotele w Plovdiv

Very angry, not polite, not correct and not friendly manager on the reception. I felt unthinkable rudeness here, disrespectful attitude towards guests. For other staff no questions, only the administrator had terrible behavior. Let's hope that someday the administrator will know and feel the humiliating attitude towards himself personally. Perhaps she will be in future a good person, but there are strong doubts about this. Never, never will back to this hotel!

Super near Plovdiv train station. Friendly helpful reception. Spacious room. Fridge and toilet heater unplugged, had to plug in myself. Mini kitchen only comes with microwave oven, no cooker no kettle no utensils etc. Love the huge toilet sink. Suggest to have shower curtain and more hooks in the toilet. Bedroom carpeted. No room slippers provided. Don't bother about the view. Noise can be heard next door. 15 minutes walk to city centre. Overall stay-able for 1 night.

This is the worst hotel ever! We switched two rooms. The first one was with broken air conditioner and it was freezing, I don’t understand how that the hotel didn’t knew about it?! The second one was extremely dirty and the windows were covered with birds droppings! I have pictures, it was disgusting also the bathroom was very very dirty. On the second night at 1:00 am in the morning there a was private party above our room the receptionist told me that from the hotel were trying the loudspeakers. AT 1:00 am in the morning?!?! He was trying different lies he even offered to move us AGAIN at 1:00 am?!?! He told me I can go speak with some man from the hotel stuff upstairs? If I have to that, why the receptionist is even on work? The manager of the hotel was home sleeping… no words honestly. THIS IS THE WORST HOTEL EVER WITH THE WORST STUFF. NEVER GO THERE !!!

This double Queen bed room are very big and have 🛁 tub . The breakfast is excellent 👍 I will definitely choose doubletree if I am in Plovdiv again .

This is one of the nicest, most comfortable hotels we have ever stayed in. We stayed in one of the small rooms (Elegant) for 3 nights and while small, the bed was large and comfortable. Our room had a great little terrace that looked out over the street which we used every even to drink some wine and people watch. The bathroom was very clean and even better had an actual large shower, with a door that closed and did not splash water all over the floor, which is a rare and surprising luxury in Europe. The included breakfasts were delicious and had a variety of offerings including very good scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, french toast, small pasteries, etc., along with the usual cold meats and cheeses, yogurt and cereal that most hotels offer. The staff was very accommodating and extremely friendly, and they gave us a nice little tour of the Roman bath that was discovered during construction, which added to the charm and ambiance of the hotel. The location is excellent and very walkable. There is a private parking lot, but we ended up not using it since we only rented a car for one day. Our only complaint was the room got kind of stuffy at night, but we could not use the air-conditioning because the central system was set to heat (it was late October) and they could not switch on the A/C to one room. We did open the window to ventilate the room, but closed it while sleeping due to the proximity to the street noise and vehicle exhaust (not the hotel's problem, Plovdiv would be well served to limit vehicular traffic in this area). Overall, a fantastic hotel with incredible staff and a great value!

Our stay at Hotel Imperial Plovdiv was nothing short of extraordinary! We were there for a week to attend a wedding, and the experience was filled with joy, laughter, and impeccable service. The staff were so incredible that we couldn't fault them, even when some of the groom's side got a bit too tipsy before the wedding party. They handled everything with grace and a smile, making the entire event flow seamlessly. The food was a delight to our taste buds. Each meal was prepared with care, and the included breakfast was an absolute MUST. It became our favourite way to start the day, filling us with energy and anticipation for the adventures ahead. And speaking of adventures, the concierge was a gem in helping us explore Plovdiv, a city rich with history and culture. They provided us with a map and insightful suggestions on things to do in the area, making our explorations all the more memorable. We would come back to Hotel Imperial Plovdiv in a heartbeat! Two years ago I visited and later wrote a review for this hotel. I thought then that the hotel was the best Holiday Inn in my entire traveling experience (I have been traveling and staying about 40-50 nights per year in Holiday Inn hotels around the world the latest 10 years). I still have the same opinion - this is the best Holiday Inn hotel I have visited and stayed at. The hotel is very close to the Old Town, just across the Maritsa River. There are plenty of good restaurants in 1-10 min walk. The hotel's own restaurant offers gourmet quality breakfast, both food and drinks. The rooms and the entire hotel are very clean and nice looking. The entire staff was very professional, friendly and went above and beyond what I have normally experienced in their effort to make my stay better. Thanks to the hotel and the staff, and looking forward to my next stay.

New building, clean, large, well-furnished rooms. Big bathroom with perfect plumbing. There is even a heat curtain. Very comfortable bed. The hotel is in the park and sports area of the city, there is quite quiet. But without a car in this hotel there is nothing to do. I didn't like the restaurant at the hotel. Tonight dinner is almost unrealistic. The restaurant is filled with visitors from a nearby residential complex where there are obviously no food facilities. Very slow elevator

We were two couples in double rooms. Very happy with our stay at Boris Palace. All the staff pleasant and helpful. Lady at check in showed us both rooms so we could choose which we preferred. Both rooms spotless. Both had balconies and good views. Very impressed with the cleanliness everywhere. Absolutely spotless. Very nice breakfast of hams, cheeses, lovely fresh bread and pastries. Couldn't fault the hotel and would be my first choice when back in Plovdiv as the location was perfect. In the old town but very close walking distance to everywhere.
