"Worth only for a three-star hotel. The first floor is a car saloon, and the guests should enter from the side entrance. The reception was on the second floor! The lift was slow and we mostly took the stairs. Missing lights on the stairs. The shower cabin was old and not cleaned at the corners. Too much noise from the courtyard where cars were parked. The breakfast was good but the waiter was not polite. I got a glass bottle to get hot milk from the drink machine, and he looked angry and suggested us taking milk with cappuccino cups!!! I asked for an iron in the room, as usual in other hotels. They didn't give it to me and asked me to pay for ironing, but I had to wait 40 minutes!!! I will not come back to this place."

"We booked Hotel Podgorica expecting a comfortable 4-star experience. Unfortunately, this hotel may have earned that rating 20 years ago, but it no longer lives up to it. The room was in poor condition – cracked and dirty bathroom fixtures, mold in the shower, peeling walls, exposed wiring, broken toilet buttons, stained carpets, and visible signs of neglect throughout. Cleanliness was clearly not a priority. Even the towels looked old dand did not smell fresh, which was deeply unpleasant. The noise was unbearable. The patio—supposedly the highlight of the hotel—was constantly booked for loud events, with music blasting until 3:00 AM. Since the hotel is small, and our room was right next to the patio (as most rooms are), it was impossible to sleep. We were never able to access or enjoy the patio ourselves because it was closed in order to prepare for events or the events themselves. The breakfast was mediocre at best, with limited options. We ended up not staying in the room for two nights out of the three we booked, despite paying in advance, and eventually released the room early. The hotel staff at reception refused any refund due to upfront payment. On a positive note, the AC was working well and the location is very convenient – just a 5–10 minute walk to the city center. We moved to another 4-star hotel in the area, and the difference was night and day – clean, quiet, modern, and professionally run. It really highlighted how far behind Hotel Podgorica has fallen. We do not recommend this hotel unless major renovations and policy changes are made. It is simply not worth the price or the rating it claims."

"The hotel is well located on a walking distance to the shops and restaurants. Four stars hotel modern decorated which gives you nice feeling when you walked in the room. The personnel at the reception and restaurant is friendly and attentive. Not much choise of food for breakfast. Cleaning of the rooms is disaster. When I first walked in the room there were yellow stains on the toiltet and white water marks on the shower and shower glass panel. The bathroom wasn't cleaned even during my 5 days stay the cleaning wasn't done. Only towels were changed and toilet paper was replenished once! That is big minus for the hotel management!"

"I only booked this hotel as my flights had been changed by the airline and I needed an extra night , so for one night booked Hotel M as I thought it was convenient as told it was nearer to the airport and also as I had an early flight. I had a single room which was very small with not much space. The rooms and amenities are very very basic and the breakfast was y basic too. The staff were very helpful in that they accommodated making breakfast early for me which o appreciated. The hotel is not that close to the airport, however, no matter where you get a taxi from ( even the city centre) for the airport it will cost about €20-25 Euros."

"A good option for a night or two. The location is very convenient—the bus station platform is literally right outside the window. The train platforms are also around the corner. I was a little disappointed that card payments were completely unavailable at late or early times, as only the on-duty staff were available, so the fee had to be paid in cash. However, late check-in was no problem; we were accommodated without question, as was an early check-out. The room was reasonably clean, but the furniture, carpets, walls, and bed linens seemed very worn (a hole in the sheet was amusing). The bathroom was thoughtfully labeled with disinfection tags, but this also raised questions (some lint and hairs were found on the napkin under the glass)."

"One star out of five - A disappointing and frustrating experience! We booked a room at this hotel for two nights over Shabbat, carefully choosing it due to its proximity to the Chabad House. The reservation was confirmed and paid for in advance. However, when we arrived at the hotel, we received an unpleasant surprise, to say the least. The hotel staff insensitively informed us that they had "overbooked" and could only accommodate us for one night or offer an alternative hotel far away in the city. As Shabbat observers, both options were impossible for us. This conduct is nothing short of scandalous: Irresponsibility: The hotel confirmed a reservation they couldn't honor. Inconsideration: There was no regard for our special needs as Shabbat observers. Poor customer service: No suitable solution or appropriate compensation was offered. Lack of reliability: How can one trust a hotel that cancels reservations at the last minute? This hotel ruined our Shabbat and our entire experience. Instead of a peaceful and pleasant Shabbat, we found ourselves in a stressful and impossible situation. I strongly advise anyone considering booking at this hotel to think twice! Don't rely on your reservation, because at the last moment you might find yourself without accommodation. This is unprofessional and unacceptable conduct. In conclusion, a disappointing and frustrating experience that severely impacted our plans. A hotel that doesn't honor its commitments doesn't deserve customers' trust."

"Hotel ma wszystkie udogodnienia, jakich można oczekiwać od 4* w stolicy, chociaż, ostrzegam Brytyjczyków, nie ma mleka w zestawie do parzenia! Lustro powiększające przyklejone do dużego lustra w łazience jest prawie niemożliwe do użycia, dla kogoś, kto ma tylko 5'4”. Hotel jest bardzo czysty, a części wspólne wyglądają nowocześnie. Wystrój pokoju jest trochę przestarzały, ale jest w porządku. Łóżko było wygodne, prysznic dobry. Zauważyliśmy urocze, świąteczne obrazki na szklanych panelach rozrzuconych dookoła i, gdy czekaliśmy na zameldowanie, zdaliśmy sobie sprawę, że ktoś je maluje ręcznie - co jest całkiem fajne. Personel był pomocny i przyjazny, w ogóle nie mam zastrzeżeń."
