"This is a fantastic hotel. It opened in December. We stayed here prior to flying out of Spokane on our way to Nashville for a convention at the Gaylord Opryland Hotel (which charges several hundred dollars per nights stay) The Hyatt hotel in Post Falls was MUCH nicer, cleaner and WAY more affordable than the higher priced hotel in Nashville! Very friendly staff. Breakfast is not included with the stay but is also more affordable at $11 per person than the Opryland Hotel at $36 per person!! The closest airport is about 2 hours away from us so we will definitely plan to stay here again prior to flying out of Spokane International. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"The affordable price reflects the hotel’s desperate need for renovations. The first room we were given smelled strongly of stale cigarettes even though it’s marked as a non-smoking room. The second room smelled ok but the window was broken, the bathroom toilet & shower were chipped and stained, and the bed wasn’t super comfortable (just felt like an old mattress). The hallway carpets don’t look like they’re ever vacuumed. We didn’t take advantage of the breakfast but it appeared to offer waffles, juice, and some assorted muffins & fruit. The staff was nice."

"Położenie jest świetne. Z marina jest tam z słodką małą plażą. Była bardzo czysta i zabawna dla rodzin, aby cieszyć się. Sam hotel był średni. Nie było wentylatora w łazience i suszarki do włosów. Obie były rozczarowane. Wewnętrzny basen był zbyt zimny, aby się dostać, a gorąca wanna nie była wystarczająco ciepła."
