"I do not recommend this hotel. A very disappointing experience. Upon our arrival after 9 pm, the restaurant manager opened the door with a sigh! The welcome was already off to a bad start... The rooms are old-fashioned and dirty, and using the fridge costs 5 euros per day! The balcony is also infested with ants... The food is very mediocre: no variety, not good, raw vegetables, and the desserts are also bad. You have to get up every time to refill your water glass at the other end of the restaurant, and you get scolded if you dare to refill your water bottle... Drinks outside of meals are all extra... There is no swimming pool for adults, and the children's pools are very dirty and poorly maintained... Sun loungers and parasols on the beach cost 25 euros per day... The excursions are overpriced, and the manager is incredibly unfriendly! The bus journeys are in a 46-degree heat without air conditioning!!! The entertainment staff are absent and offer nothing! No pre-dinner games or dancing, and not even a "goodbye" upon departure! The staff doesn't speak French and very little English, making communication a nightmare! I won't be returning and strongly advise against this hotel, which is not worth the price we paid!"

Hotel Zora ★★★
"The Zora Hotel boasts an exceptional location on the Raducca peninsula, which is its only advantage. It has great potential, but it's very poorly utilized. The Stalinist-style buildings are frozen in the 1970s, outdated and dilapidated. Some rooms don't even have balconies. Housekeeping is minimal: disinfecting the bathrooms, changing towels, but no turndown service. Sheets weren't changed for 15 days, and toothbrush holders weren't replaced. The dining room is very noisy and overcrowded in the evenings (the hotel primarily caters to half-board guests and tour groups). There's very little choice at lunchtime, and the food is very salty, with heavy sauces and fatty meats. Drinks are by the glass, the wines are poor quality, and the water is still and sparkling, with "fruit juices" diluted with excessive sugar. There are no carafes, and it's forbidden to even refill a small water bottle. Coffee isn't available after meals (and it's an extra charge). The entertainment team is reduced to just three staff members, the program isn't followed, and it's incredibly boring. The swimming pool supposedly burned down in 2023 and is said to be "under repair," but given the state of the infrastructure, it looks like it burned down much earlier (rust, significant deterioration). It won't be operational for years. Some blocks are in very poor condition (block 4000), with rust, dampness, saltpeter, and peeling paint. There are three buildings at the tip of the peninsula whose construction appears to have been abandoned for decades. Behind the fitness room and near the kids' club, there's an abandoned building with broken windows and grilles. Full board does not mean all-inclusive; any drinks outside of meals are extra, so budget accordingly. The beach is public, but it will cost you €25 per day for two sun loungers and a parasol. Excursions are relatively expensive. A shuttle service seems to exist between the hotel and the village of Trogir, but nobody mentions it (is it a loss of revenue from excursions?). Anyway! We're still looking for the 3 stars... We were quite disappointed with our stay."
