"The room was on the 3rd floor and has a great view of the beach and ocean. Awesome breeze and awesome vibe. It is convenient to everything on the Malecón. Staff is pleasant and helpful. Our expectations were set to "reasonable" and the Hotel did NOT disappoint. It has a nice pool, a great location, and one of the best views in Progreso. Just a great stay"

"It's just average, the service is like a hotel, and it's close to tourist attractions, beaches, and the dinosaur museum. I only took a photo of the room because it didn't have a holiday atmosphere. The hotel we stayed in the night before was better, booked by a friend. I stayed one extra night, but that hotel was full, so I booked this one. In comparison, it's not as good as before."

"We went to the beach with guests and they wanted to charge us a minimum consumption of 3,000 pesos if we wanted to eat on the dirty lounge chairs and the music was very loud. Overall, it's a very dirty place. If they're going to charge that much, they should maintain the quality. The waiter seemed very embarrassed by our comments, so we went to another beautiful and clean place."
