"This place is just magical. As soon as you enter you understand you did the best choice. The place is designed by an architect with great attention to details. Common areas including a small chic restaurant and more are so unique and beautiful. The rooms are amazing, high level of everything from design of furniture to towels, robes, sitting area, rugs etc. everything is just wow! We wish we could stay for longer as this is definitely the best place we stayed in during our entire trip but they had no availability. I suggest booking in advance as the 10 rooms get filled quickly. Special atmosphere, special place we lived and hope we can come back to one day!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this property and truly enjoyed our time there. Rodolfo took exceptional care of us throughout our entire stay – from check-in to preparing delicious meals in the hotel's restaurant, sharing great excursion recommendations, and ensuring everything was perfect until check-out. His hospitality, dedication, and attention to detail made us feel welcome from the very first moment. Jasna was equally kind and attentive. She made sure every breakfast was enjoyable, fulfilled all our requests, and shared valuable recommendations for local excursions. The room service she provided was always impeccable. The room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable. The only thing we missed was a small wardrobe or coat rack on the wall. The hotel is somewhat secluded and requires about a 10-minute drive along a rural road. However, this is exactly what makes it special: peace, privacy, and beautiful natural surroundings. A few additional lights along the pathways would make it easier to find your way around after dark. We will definitely return during the warmer months to once again enjoy the tranquility, the greenery, and the nearby river. Highly recommended for anyone looking to relax and reconnect with nature."

"Hotel with a beautiful garden, very comfortable beds and a good size room. In general very clean and remodeled bathrooms. In general, the comfort is good. The staff lacks friendliness, not very cordial, they lack training in customer service (reception). We ordered a box since we left early because we traveled to Argentina and the truth is that it was very fome (a dry ham cheese crumb bread without butter, a watts juice, a child's cereal and the only thing that was delicious was a small brownie). The location is good for us because it is closer to the international road, but it is far from the center if you are going to stay in Pucón. They have some jars that you can use by paying separately."

"This is about care ... is about empathy ... I had booked this hotel in a long journey, in which we would pass through several cities ... On the day we would go to Pucon, Our car broke ... not connected and we were in Villa la angusta ... We had to pull the car to bariloche, where I would have the concessionary ... There I started talking about Pamela ... Who sent me a message to know what time we would arrive, and at that time I told what was happening ... Pamela was careful, worried, caring all the time ... until when we arrived the conclusion that wouldn't give to go ... She canceled everything ... without charge ... knowing of my huge sadness ... because we were celebrating 30th anniversary of marriage ... Pamela, we will certainly meet one day, pq I will go to Pucon and stay in Lake Lodge. And that there are more Pamelas in that life. Vc was sensational!!!!!"
