"The campsite was okay. The reservation process was a disaster. I had booked one night and wanted to change it, but contacting them by phone was no longer possible as the reception was closed. I then sent an email requesting to change it to a day later and one extra night. I received a reply email allowing me to adjust the dates and stay period. However, you had to go through all the options, including reserving a pitch. Otherwise, you couldn't proceed. So I did just that, paying a 100 euro deposit. Upon arriving the next day, it turned out I had lost that 100 euros because it was only to reserve a pitch. The pitch didn't work out at all because there was a tree in the middle of the pitch and no room to open the awning. Reception understood the situation but couldn't make a decision; that goes to head office, who apparently have no feel for the situation. The reply I received was "these are the rules," and that was the end of it. Because of this, I am posting this bad review."

"We booked a room for 3 people with a terrace and sea views. Initially, they gave us a smaller room, but later they gave us the one we had booked, which was larger, with a sofa, an extra bed, and furniture on the terrace. Spectacular sea views from the hotel. Comfortable bed, fairly large bathroom, spacious room. We didn't like the buffet; both breakfast and dinner were barely replenished, we literally ate the leftovers. And the restaurant staff were curt, at least those who served us. They knew we were guests and still charged us a supplement. We also didn't like that a child was left sitting for hours in the seats on the terrace facing the sea, without ordering anything, while the rest of the guests couldn't use those seats. The child was saving them for his family, and on one occasion, he was angry and occupied a six-seat area for over five hours. The waiters did nothing. Attentive and friendly reception staff. Attentive and very friendly cleaning staff."

"We returned... to a room with a balcony and a sea view. Still a rustic hotel with a pleasant ambience. In the morning and evening, when the day guests leave, peace and enjoyment of walks around the beautiful island. During the day, it is easy to find a place in the shade on the beach without crowds. The staff remains friendly, but something else distracted us. The choice at breakfast and dinner is somewhat smaller, in the morning there is a long line for coffee in the dining room, where only one machine works (breakfast for the Istra/Neptun/Karmen hotels), and the waiter directs us to drink Nesscafe coffee and this in a 3/4* hotel, where half board costs over 300 euros. In addition, bike rental for hotel guests has increased in price by around 130 percent. It has become overpriced, we will not come here again."
