Basen mógłby być trochę większy, ale jest tam wspaniały zacieniony ogród z hamakami, łóżkami i leżakami. Śniadanie jest najwyższej klasy, bardzo wysokiej jakości i pięknie podane. "We had a great stay in the Amfiteater Hotel. The location was perfect. Just walk out the front door of the hotel, look to the right, and the amphitheater is right there. It takes about 2 minutes to walk to. We were also really close to all of the historic sites in town. We could walk to all of them easily. Plenty of restaurants were nearby too. Our room was spacious and clean. We were there for a few days and had plenty of space to just sit and relax. All of the staff members that we interacted with were friendly and welcoming. We had a rental car, and they have a small lot to park in which was nice as not all hotels in the area offered parking. I saw another review that mentioned the apartment building behind it and how no other reviews mentioned it, I wouldn't have even thought to mention it if I hadn't read that review. It's probably important to note that Pula is a truly unique city in that you can see the whole history of the city in just one glance. This hotel was probably built in the 19th century. The amphitheater is from ancient Rome. The apartment building behind the hotel looks like it is leftover from communist Yugoslavia. And the entire town looks like that. Take a few steps and you'll see ancient Rome, a few more steps and you'll see tenement buildings from the former Yugoslavia, a few more steps and you're back in the 1800s. Personally, I found this juxtaposition fascinating. There's history all over Croatia, but Pula was the only place where I felt like I could see layers and layers of history all in one place. So keep that in mind when booking this hotel. It's in the middle of 2000 years of history - literally. "

"Lokalizacja jest po prostu nieubojna – bezpośrednio na pięknej plaży, więc jesteś na morzu w najkrótszym czasie. Sam hotel jest fantastycznie, bardzo czysty, smaczne wyposażony i oferuje wszystko, co potrzebujesz na relaksujące wakacje. "Upalny dzień i klimatyzacja nie była w stanie schłodzić pokoju. W łazience unosił się zapach pleśni, a wanna była za wąska, żeby w niej usiąść. Dywany były obrzydliwe. Zasłony poplamione. Dostęp do plaży doskonały. Śniadanie było przeciętne. Recepcja była miła, ale hotel wymaga gruntownego remontu."

"Jak to my, smutni Polacy bardzo długo i intensywnie szukaliśmy minusów i miejsc, do których można by się przyczepić – i absolutnie nie znaleźliśmy :). Otwartość, uprzejmość, organizacja, lokalizacja, przejrzystość, czystość, słowiańskość w miksturze z rzymskim, śródziemnomorskim tłem – wszystko na najwyższym poziomie. Z pełnym przekonaniem: te miejsce konkuruje z wybitnie śródziemnomorskimi kierunkami – takimi jak Hiszpania czy Włochy, jestem pewien, że wśród wielu odbiorców wygrywa. Zdecydowanie polecamy!"

"We booked in advance, and the total price was debited shortly before arrival; only the tourist tax was added on site. We chose the campsite because of its proximity to the center of Pula. Most of the sanitary facilities were in really good condition, although the building near our pitch had seen better days. We had booked a standard pitch, which was located on a slightly sloping, wooded hillside – I wouldn't book that again. It's worth spending a little more and choosing a significantly better pitch. The pebble beach is very short, but there are swimming opportunities all around the campsite via rocks and large stones. The bus stop is right in front of the campsite, and you can reach the center of Pula in 15 minutes."
Brijuni Rooms Karmen
"Before booking, you should be clear about a few things. The hotel is old, really old. You can see it in almost every detail: the wooden floors, the doors, windows, yellowish closets, and especially the antiquated bathroom. But it's clean, the beds are reasonably modern, and the walls look renovated. Unfortunately, there are no curtains for darkening the rooms or to block out the light in the evening. Check-in and breakfast are at the Hotel Neptun, as the reception and all other public areas in the Karmen were closed. Almost all of the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We booked a room (No. 334) with a sea view, and the view from the balcony is truly stunning. This view and the overall wonderful feeling on the island make us overlook the hotel's condition. Even in its renovated state, it probably wouldn't be affordable for everyone. We rented bikes for a day and explored the quieter parts of the island. But €27 per day for a standard bike without gears is unacceptable. During the peak travel season, until September 30th, hotel guests receive a 50% discount. However, we don't understand why hotel guests have to pay the full price for the bikes after September 30th. Despite a few criticisms, we will definitely be back."

Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to assist with every request elevated our experience significantly. They are wonderful ambassadors for both the hotel and Brijuni itself. What makes this destination truly extraordinary is the combination of the hotel's heartfelt service and the incomparable atmosphere of Brijuni. The island offers complete seclusion, tranquility, and a sense of peace that is difficult to find anywhere else in the Adriatic. The views are magnificent, the vegetation impeccably maintained, and every walk reveals another beautiful corner of this remarkable national park. From the historic golf courses and the fascinating safari park to the enduring legacy of Tito, Brijuni is a place where nature, history, and culture blend seamlessly. Days pass slowly here, in the best possible way, surrounded by silence, greenery, and breathtaking scenery. If you appreciate authentic hospitality, timeless elegance, and destinations with soul rather than spectacle, Hotel Neptun and Brijuni are a perfect choice. We left feeling rested, inspired, and already planning our return. Bravo to the entire team for preserving the spirit of true hospitality."

"Klasyczny przykład zarządzania państwem, który obowiązuje w każdym kraju. Wyspa to jeden z cudów świata ale hotel.. 🤦🏻 Wydaje mi się, że ostatniego „naprawy” dokonał Tito pod koniec lat 70-tych. Delikatnie mówiąc fatalne warunki, niepokojące łazienki, szpitalny lunch i bufet śniadaniowy. Szkoda, bo personel jest szybki i przyjazny. Wszystko za jedyne 3/400 euro za noc!!! Ważna uwaga: zwróćcie uwagę na pułapkę parkowania „zarezerwowanego” dla gości hotelowych: od soboty rano o 11:00 do niedzieli o 20:00 TYLKO 55 €... sto metrów dalej (przed barem na plaży) 21 € za tydzień... kompletna zasada oszustwa.. Powtarzam, lokalizacja wymarzona, szkoda, że w rękach absolutnie niekompetentnych ludzi. To może być perła Chorwacji! Na pewno wrócę, ale śpię w Fažanie."
