Sanjay from the front desk was really humble and helpful and at my service, Atharva at the lounge who was the bartender was on his toes for all my servings, Rishabh the manager at the lounge during the happy hours and even during breakfast was fantastic, Alum was really sweet at the lounge who served us very well and was really professional, Pratik from back office attended my calls really well and made sure all my requests are fulfilled since it was Mother's Day and she was the happiest!! Mr. Harinder (Bell Boy) was extremely active, polite, and always ready to assist guests with a smile, making the experience even more comfortable.
