Would like to recommend Nitin in the gym , Shreya at Guest relations, Varun at Breakfast and Naushad at Levo Salon - they were very helpful."

The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. While certain areas of the rooms could benefit from a slight refresh and modernization, the stay experience was still very pleasant. The hotel offers great value for money with good cleanliness, peaceful surroundings, and well-maintained amenities. The hospitality extended by Mr. Paul (Front Office Supervisor) was exceptional, and his professional approach throughout the stay was highly appreciated. Mr. Harinder (Bell Boy) was extremely active, polite, and always ready to assist guests with a smile, making the experience even more comfortable. Mr. Prince and the entire F&B team provided excellent service and made every dining experience pleasant. Appreciation as well to Ms. Bharti (Front Office Manager) for managing everything so smoothly and ensuring guests are well taken care of. Overall, the staff truly made the stay comfortable, memorable, and enjoyable. Highly recommended"
