It was a recent trip with my husband at hotel ambassador by Ajanta and Aurangabad. We had the finest experience and stay with best hospitality with very much attention to detail. Very clean rooms with prompt housekeeping service. Nice buffet breakfast with a widespread and a lot of choice. We were attended very well with the entire staff. Proper guidance and advice was given to us. Thankful to Mr Khaleed and Tasleem at reception desk for being very cooperative. Looking forward to return back to Hotel Ambassador. Very nice property with a very big swimming pool and a big garden. It has a children play area with rabbits & birds.

Room was good, clean with enough sockets for chargers Location: location is great- at the heart of FC road Restaurant: good food - a bit overpriced >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Room Service: IT'S A BIG NO NO HERE. - you order something they wont deliver to room, then they used to blame their other department. - in 3 days and 2 night stay, nothing changed. - we had elderly people with us who require hot water for drinking, we reached hotel at around 11.30 after a function and they said they are unable to provide hot water because - KITCHEN CLOSED. Didn't even provide a hot water kettle. we got it from nearby restaurant at this late hours.
