"Just what we needed for a one night stay in Puno before a tour of Lake Titicaca. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The hotel is clean, tidy and gives a sense of luxury. Incredibly comfortable beds and large rooms. Breakfast was included which helped us start our day just right. We were also able to leave our luggage for over 24 hours as we set off on our tour for free which was great. Thanks for a lovely stay."

"Well situated for city centre, just by the cathedral square and shopping area, but you may have to walk to it as there is no vehicular drop off outside the hotel. The main floors are reached by a small 4 person (with luggage) lift from reception, however, some rooms are reached by a small flight of steps from the main floors. The rooms are arranged a large central oval space, so guests in the restaurant/ reception level talking loudly can be heard in all rooms. The rooms are large with good storage space, 2 double beds, a safe, TV (Spanish channels only), wonky table and chairs and a large bathroom with a really small bath, but shower was good. However, a lot of sockets were loose in the walls, the lights not being particularly bright, compared to the Lima hotels. Breakfast is taken by reception is mainly a continental style but a few types of hot eggs were available and items were only slowly replaced as they ran out. We ate out in the local area as there are many cafes/restaurants about."

"It's not on par with the other Casa Andina I've been to in Peru; even the CASA ANDINA STANDARD MACHU PICCHU is better, especially regarding breakfast. We also didn't like the fact that the hotel manager had breakfast with her children/family in the breakfast room. On our last day at the hotel, there was only one employee (poor thing, super sweet) to take care of everything; it was an abuse..."
