Quelqatani hotel это было настоящим спасением. Мы ехали сюда из Арекипе и по дороге из 30 градусной жары нас настигла пурга и резкое похолодание аж до -5. Такой перепад был резким, шёл снег. Мы резко в автобусе переодевали вместо купальников куртки и дико замёрзли. Отель подготовлен к такой температуре. В номере было тепло. А внизу стояли кислородные баллоны, так как Пуна это высокогрный город. Мы провели здесь совсем немного времени, но были окружены заботой и вниманием. Здесь очень спокойно, просторные номера, отлично работающий вай фай и вкусные завтраки.

Great stay here, we arrived not so fresh off the night bus but the staff at Kaaro were super helpful - we managed to check in early and for 10 soles we were able to have the breakfast that morning too. They also helped us arrange our tour of the Uros Islanda. The room is comfortable and has a great hot shower! Recommend staying here if you’re passing through Puno!

We didn’t stay here but were picked up for a tour here and the hotel lobby attendant called the tour company to ensure they were coming and was so attentive and warm even though we weren’t staying there. From the professionalism of the front desk and its perfect inner city location I would recommend it.

I would highly recommend the hotel Tierra Viva at the heart of the Puno plaza. The location is very convenient to access the main plaza as well as restaurants and lake titikaka. The hotel staff was very helpful, and Albert went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable and successful. Breakfast in the morning was incredible. The rooms and lobby were clean and felt very secure. Also the heat in the room is a huge plus as it does get cold at night.

Beautiful Place on the lake The hotel is beautiful and always sanitized perfectly! The workers and reception are also always kind and will help you with anything you need. Food is great as well, but the menu is a bit limited. Even then though, the food always tasted amazing! Cleaning service was always on time, and there was a time they came too early, but I just told them to wait a little and they came back after I had left my room all the staff was polite and efficient.

One of the best experiences. The hotel is clean and comfortable, the staff is friendly and helped us a lot. when we left the hotel they stored our luggage, when we returned my sister was very sick, the lady from the reception escorted her to the room where she covered her and let her rest for a while. Service was great, workers were nice and very accommodating, hotel is centrally located close to eateries and right in the town center, great location. The room was comfortable in size and clean. It looks like they maintain the hotel had new paint. Will recommend to friends and family!

Hotel was i a good location, walkable to the main square with shops and eateries. In the midst of narrow streets of Puno puts the hotel in a very small tight location at a road junction. Hotel has 2 lifts and can be pretty cramp when there are many people in the lobby. Explore nearby thieves market (5-minutes away and 5-soles) by tuk tuk. WiFi is rather weak throughout the hotel and may have to toggle between the various hotel network. Even our own WiFi data had issues connecting at times as the hotel location is too congested. Room was of good size and comfortable but can be noisy when the lifts are in operation, even though our room was located away from it and when there are the frequent festivities going through the streets outside. Rooms were made up every day and cleaned thoroughly. Staff seldom smile, can be impatient and at times they do not understand when we ask them for something in English. Breakfast has a limited spread and can get crowded. And yes if you want breakfast eggs do order from the egg station.
