The hotel's location is one of its biggest strengths—conveniently situated and providing easy access to the beach as well as major attractions in Puri. The property itself has a unique heritage charm with beautiful antique décor that creates a warm and elegant atmosphere. Every corner of the hotel reflects character and attention to detail, making the stay feel special and memorable. The food was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options that catered to different tastes. Every meal was fresh, well-prepared, and served with care. What impressed us the most was the exceptional service. The staff members were extremely courteous, cooperative, and always willing to help with a smile. Their hospitality made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay. The hotel is also exceptionally neat and clean. The rooms and common areas were well-maintained, hygienic, and comfortable, adding greatly to the overall experience. "The hotel is in the by lanes of Baliapanda. Behind the Light house. As such no views from the hotel while sea beach is 5 mins walk. Sri Jagannath temple would take 20 mins by rickshaw. Stayed in a delux AC room. The room was indeed spacious however the bathroom lock was broken, the AC temperature couldn’t be controlled below 25 while in the bathroom ( shower ) the soap case / rack was broken. Food is very expensive while they start breakfast (shocked that they don’t even provide 2 complimentary bottle of mineral water had to buy that too Rs 30 / bottle) only after 8 am & simultaneously ask to vacate the room as check out time is 8 am as well. As it was a last moment decision for a darshan of Lord Jagannath had no much option & stayed here. "
