"Spędziliśmy wspaniałe wakacje w Landhotel Kastaninallee i świętowaliśmy moje 60. Kiedy przybyliśmy, byliśmy mile widziani na recepcji. Wszystkie nasze oczekiwania zostały spełnione i częściowo znacznie przekroczone. Wszystkie umowy z kuchnią zostały spełnione zgodnie z życzeniem. Znajdowaliśmy się w ładnym pomieszczeniu domowym dwuosobowym (około 40 mkm na parterze, z salonem, sypialnią i łazienką / WC) i prywatnym tarasie. Wszyscy nasi goście (przyjaciele i rodzina - młodzi i starzy - łącznie 14 osób, którzy również mieszkali w tym hotelu) czuli się bardzo dobrze. Również kolacja, którą przyjęliśmy do nas w różnych wieczorach, była bardzo przyjemna i dobrze smakowała. Piękny taras na zewnątrz dla pobytu w pięknym krajobrazie. Cena - Wydajność jest absolutnie odpowiednia. Wrócimy ... następnie po raz 4 ... ponownie dziękujemy całym zespołowi, który pozwolił nam na niezapomniany czas!"

"We were for a WE there. It is a well-located, modern and beautiful hotel. We were warmly welcomed, the staff is friendly and attentive. The rooms are clean and modern and cozy furnished. The beds are beautifully comfortable and equipped with good bedware. There was a new bottle of water every day and a capsule coffee machine was also ready. The view of water is very beautiful. This summer is probably more, but now in winter the quiet was really very nice. Breakfast is unslaughterable, I like the small glasses with the shrimps variations. Rooze, fruit, fresh breads, coffee specialties, fresh juice, salmon and cheese: all there! The parking is directly at the house and the restaurant in the hotel deserves an extra star! We have liked it very well! Thank you!"

"Unfortunately, my stay was generally disappointing. In my apartment there was a strong, unpleasant muffle smell that I reported directly during my stay. A satisfactory solution or any discovery was not available. For my second dog, additional costs were calculated and completely booked through my credit card. In my booking was only indicated a “dog stay”. I had no way to record the number of my dogs. I could not even tell the second dog by phone, because there a IC system receives the calls that seems not to be reliable to collect such additional information. As I should have stated correctly in advance, it is not understandable for me to date. In addition, I was calculated €20 for a supposedly earlier check-in, although I was only about 30 minutes earlier on the site. Also the tax was calculated and cancelled. However, I have not received a corresponding visitor card during my stay. Even the advertised beach nearness does not correspond to what I expected below. On-site, it is a small access to water rather than a classic beach. In general, I felt the additional costs as high and in part not transparent. It was particularly disappointing for me that I reported a clear shortcoming during my stay and yet did not meet any. For me the price-performance ratio is not true. I would not recommend the accommodation again or again. I'm sorry you can't feel like on holiday here at the end."
