The facilities are top-notch; I was very impressed on my first day. The front desk service was excellent, very accommodating for our large family. They answered all our questions thoroughly and carefully. The bellhops were also very proactive with our luggage. Throughout our stay, we often bothered the front desk staff with requests like receiving packages and food deliveries, and they were always prompt. Even when one of our deliveries was mistakenly taken by another guest, the hotel reacted very quickly and helped resolve the issue properly. Thumbs up, the service was thoughtful! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻”

„The hotel front desk staff was polite. When we checked-in, they gave us fruit as welcome gift. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. Breakwast was average. The hotel is near the train station but to the town centre, the journey was 30 minutes by didi. Overall, we are happy with the stay. When we left the hotel, we used their free drop-ofd service at the train station.”
