"The room facilities, hygiene, and environment were all satisfactory. The only downside was that the giraffe toy we redeemed with our hotel passport went missing, either at the restaurant or the 4D cinema. My child really liked it, and when I asked the butler if they could replace it, they said no. I wasn't too happy about that. We had a room benefit for two adults and two children, and even though I only had one child, I don't think replacing a toy would have been an issue. That's my only complaint."
