Hotele w: May Fourth Square/Olympic Sailing Center, Qingdao

Stayed at hotel 3x times over 2 weeks. Room # 3609 has obvious water seepage issue on the bedroom wall, from the shower water most likely, so do expect some wear and tear, seeing hotel has been around for couple of years already .. Also wish the main toilet was better thought out, with counter space and also space to hang used towels, etc.. Other than that, we are truly happy with hardworking front desk and house-keeping staff who took very good care of us and make the shortfall in the hardware aspect more bearable.

Fabulous location, amazing views of the seafront and the evening lights along the promenade. Cross the road to stroll along the beachfront. Service is exceptional and I must complinent the butler service for that personal touch with Butler Lily making our stay especially memorable with her attention to every detail and service without our ever needing to request. Breakfasts are a superb, the restaurant is excellent. Highly recommend for a business with pleasure stay.

Excellent stay with exceptional service. The front desk team (Liu Xin Ke, An Xu, and Li Yongxing) was warm, efficient, and always ready to help. Check-in was smooth, and they consistently offered thoughtful assistance throughout my visit. Their professionalism and genuine hospitality made our trip truly enjoyable. One of the top hotels I have been to before. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the breakfast was amazing! The location is also very convenient. Close to a mall, a subway station, the beach and a few very nice local restaurants in the street. It is also very easy to get a didi or taxi to any place if needed to go a bit farther away. If anyone is going to Qingdao and looking for a comfortable stay, prime location and excellent breakfast, this is the place!

I have no complaints about the hotel. We liked the interruption at your place. Very friendly, kind staff. The rooms are clean and everything is functional. You even asked during the cleaning of the room, usually in other hotels the cleaning comes by itself and knocks on the door, while the guests sleep. Your hotel respects the rest of guests and it's nice! Lunch tea and other bonuses for guests are also pleasant. We put the fruit in the room and changed the refrigerator on time. There were queues in the canteen in the morning, but now there are holidays and there are a lot of people in the hotel, it's understandable. There is a lot of food in the dining room, in most cases it is Chinese, but foreigners can also find something to eat for themselves. Thank you for your care and good rest🙏🏻💞

Hotel is excellent, sea view room was amazing and view was heavenly . The gessi bathroom fixtures were a great touch as well, I personally love laminar flow sinks. The only flaws are 1. The location of the lobby, it’s up a ramp next to traffic and gets really ******* cold in the winter 2. There are no stop lights to cross the road to the beach, it’s really scary to cross when busy. 3. You can only enter on the sea side entrance, the other entrances are for residents only and you can’t access the hotel

Choosing this hotel for my Qingdao trip was absolutely the right decision – the experience far exceeded my expectations! The location is fantastic; it's just a 10-15 minute walk to the beach and not far from the Badaguan Scenic Area. Finding places to eat and getting a taxi nearby was very convenient. The room was spotlessly clean and bright, with no strange odors. The bedding was incredibly soft and comfy, perfect for unwinding after a long day, and the soundproofing at night was excellent, ensuring a peaceful sleep. The front desk staff were very friendly, check-in was quick, and they even proactively offered suggestions for sightseeing routes. While the breakfast selection wasn't huge, everything tasted great, making for a pleasant meal. Overall, it offers excellent value for money, with thoughtful touches everywhere. I had a really comfortable stay. I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Qingdao; I truly recommend it!

I had really nice experience at this room! The manager has upgrated the room since it was vacant. The way of check-in might be a little bit difficult for foreigners, but if you have wechat accounts, it won't be a big problem! I can 100% recommed this room to everyone who is searching for cheap hotel at convinient location in Qingdao!

Room is relatively big. Got the city view twin bed room. The bed is bigger than a single bed, probably twin sized bed. The room is in the old wing but at least it doesnt feel old and surprisingly quite a pleasant stay. Valley wing is the newer side. This hotel seems to be a popular conference hotel. In my 4-5 days staying there, there was always a conference held in the hotel. The hotel has larger taxis which can take 5-6pax. The taxi goes by meter so was reasonable. The hotel is very conveniently located, next to MixC shopping mall. There are many restaurants in the shopping mall where we had dinner. There were also many bakeries and a supermarket in the mall. There is also the usual mc donalds, starbucks and luckin coffee. There was also a new songmont shop that recently opened in the mall. For breakfast, there is a lane behind the hotel where we tried the dumplings and noodles for breakfast/brunch. Good price, around 100yuan for 5 pax. Cheap and good.
