It was my 2nd stay at this hotel in Quanzhou, the front house staff were amazing, especially a member of staff called Kyle. Thank you for the human connection. The rooms where nice and clean, I was also given the opportunity to enjoy a late checkout as my flight back to Shanghai was early evening. There is a shipping mail next door to the hotel, it’s perfect. The breakfast selection was good, lots of choices however I was not happy about being placed in a segregated corner in the restaurant on the 5th floor away from the local people because of not being local. For an international hotel I was highly disappointed by this kind of xenophobia treatment. I came across 2 managers at breakfast, 1 was a gentleman and very polite and the other named Jack, speaking in local dialect of which I can understand, thought I came in from Guangzhou, what made him think that?? I’ve lived in Shanghai for many years and from England, it was an automatic assumption that was very unprofessional. I had to tell the manager not to be scared of foreigners. Why should I have to say that in an international hotel. Apart from this bad review, maybe if I was another race, it would of been a smooth business stay at the intercontinental.

The service is warm and you feel at home. From the moment you get off the bus, you will help with your luggage until you get to the room. Five-star service. The lobby is magnificent. The room is clean and tidy, large and comfortable. The floor-to-ceiling windows have an unobstructed view of the sunset. The breakfast has a variety of varieties and combines Chinese and Western styles. It will be delivered to your car when you leave the store, warm and ready.

I chose this hotel for a business trip and arranged a high floor for me. The window looked very wide. The handsome guy who called was very good. The computer screen is large and the game is very smooth. The mechanical keyboard feels super good. The air conditioner is also very iced and health is OK. There are many shops downstairs in the hotel, not afraid of no food to eat haha. Will be here next time on business trip.

The hotel in Quanzhou is very good. The location is very good. Next to the town government, the dining is very complete. Especially there is a theater. There are plenty of parking spaces. Breakfast is also rich. The only downside is that children have to charge for breakfast

The environment is the style that children like, the price is expensive, the service and facilities do not reach this price, there is no refrigerator in more than 1,000 rooms, the sound insulation effect is not good, there are gaps upstairs and downstairs, and you can hear clearly. At 12:30 in the evening, I couldn't sleep because of the noise. He kept talking downstairs, and he called the front desk twice and didn't deal with it, and he still dealt with it by himself. The breakfast is also poor and doesn't match the price of the room at all.

The layout of the room is very airy, the bedding and bathroom products are high-grade, the design is complete, very new, the hygiene is very clean, it makes people feel at home, the surrounding environment is good, you can see the sea from the balcony of the room, the boss is very open-minded, caring, and the details service is very good. In place, the kitchen is also provided for free. Everything is very satisfactory. I personally feel that from the perspective of the brand of the homestay, this inn should be regarded as Hermes in the homestay.

I am very satisfied with all aspects of the room. Check-in and check-out are very fast. It is very convenient to go to the beach. The children had a lot of fun. There are quite a lot of choices for breakfast. The overall experience is very good.

The breakfast and dinner dishes are very rich. There is a beach right outside the hotel, so you can enjoy the beautiful scenery. Chongwu Ancient City and Huinv Style Garden are not far away and are worth a visit. Taking a taxi is also very convenient. When you get to the beach, you can enjoy the sea breeze and look at the beautiful sea. Will recommend friends to stay at this hotel again.

Check in Quanzhou Oulebao Ocean Kingdom Chaozhou self-driving departure for about 3 and a half hours, lunch in the nearby Song Xiaojin to eat Quanzhou cuisine, the taste is OK, the ginger mother duck is better than expected.
