"Had booked 2 rooms for a family vacation. Had a horrible check-in experience that ruined the entire holiday. Was allotted a room outside the elevator, and we requested to change it. This simple request would have been executed by any 5 star hotel swiftly within minutes. We had to go back & forth over 2.5 hours with no luck. The staff kept arguing about not informing them before checking in instead of finding a solution. Totally unprofessional in handling customer concerns. Our second room was given 1 hour late, and the hotel didn't take any responsibility. The hotel doesn't believe in customer centricity. It is rated as a 5 star but with 2 star attitude & experience. Guest are at their mercy. Staff is inhospitable and inflexible. Service is very poor. Request to talk to the GM was also denied. The guest relations manager said she didn't have GM's email id. Have never come across a hotel where staff does not have GM's email. It's such a shame that staff is resorting to such tactics to deal with guests. The resolution offered was that we will refund your money for 2 nights. The hotel is in middle of no where and they expected us to find hotel room instead of finding us a solution. We travelled all the way from Dubai for this vacation, and everyone was so disappointed. Please avoid."

"The hotel is charming, the cleanliness is ideal, the spacious room with fancy design, big and comfy bed to sleep in like a baby, modern bathroom with a heated floor, a nice location which is 20 minutes driving to Shahdag. There is a temperature adjustable air-conditioning and heating system, so you decide how to set your room temperature. The staff made a strong impression on us with the level of helpfulness, friendliness, and personal approach. The way we were greeted during a smooth check-in felt homely. Nice breakfast with a big selection and the waiters were quick to serve what asked for. The room service menu is rich with affordable and tasty. You can order meals from local dishes to salads, pasta, or pizzas to your room. The hotel offers a Kids Club full of toys, it was entertaining for our 3-year-old. A large fitness center with numerous sports equipment comes in handy to get rid of some calories after getting stuffed with delicious local specialties. There is a nice sauna with a shocking shower bin at an extra charge, great to relax in during the evening. You can safely park your car in a closed huge parking garage with surveillance cameras. This is a great place to lodge in Qusar if you are the one who wants a comfortable stay and services at a great value of money. Kudos to the entire staff for such a perfect accommodation!"

"My, 34 przyjaciół, przyjechaliśmy tu na jednodniową wycieczkę z Baku. Miejsce było niesamowite, mimo że było w sezonie letnim. Przejazd kolejką linową był cudowny. Widok z góry był niezapomniany. Można było tam siedzieć godzinami i cieszyć się naturą. Niektórzy z nas wypróbowali również przejażdżkę kolejką górską, co było ekscytujące. Jest kilka stoisk z jedzeniem i duża restauracja, która serwowała dobrą pizzę i zwykłe jedzenie. Bary na świeżym powietrzu dodawały uroku. Oprócz tego były też inne przejażdżki, ale nie mogliśmy z nich skorzystać z powodu braku czasu. Może następnym razem. Piękne miejsce, którego nie można przegapić..."

"Hotel ogólnie jest super z świetnymi udogodnieniami. Jedyną słabą lub, jak można powiedzieć, gorszą częścią jest śniadanie i jego obsługa. Różnorodność śniadań nie jest zbyt dobra, oprócz jakości bufetu. Piekarnia nie jest zbyt świeża. Brak świeżych soków, tylko konserwy. Wydawało się, że standard jest trochę niski w porównaniu do nieruchomości i cen płaconych za noc. Najlepsze jest to, że kolejka górska znajduje się na podwórku hotelu, podgrzewany basen i hotelowe spa oraz świetna restauracja hotelowa są godne pochwały."

"This is the worst 3 nights i stayed in Quba in this Hotel 1- Hotel rooms are very old and dirty 🤮 “Many furniture need replacement “ 2- carpets are dirty because its old &stained🤢 3 - no life guards in swimming pools 😱 4 - food is good but the same over and over daily 😓 5- In website when you book you can’t select your view and you pay the same So , even if there is a lake view room they would rather fill the mountain view first and you will find a huge car parking view 🤬 Extra bed 60 manat 🤬🤬🤬and it is very dirty cheap bed 6- in website you do think this is a resort with all facilities However, most of them are not working and the rest you have to pay again So it is a 3 star hostel basically….🤑🤑 Finally my honest review, workers and employees there are very friendly and helpful as most if Azeri people ❤️ Especially thanks to Amel from activities However, their management is not willing to invest some money in this hotel 👿🤑 I would not go again to this place even if offered free stay 🥱🥱🥱🥱 By the way i took hotel suite which is very below average and not worth the money"

"Prawie wzorcowy hotel 5*. Prawie bo śniadania psuja obraz przez złą organizację. Straszny tłok i hałas, zbyt mała ilość personelu, resztki jedzenia na podłodze, brak wolnych stolików, szalejące dzieci bez opieki rodziców. Natomiast pokoje, personel, cały hotel bliski doskonałości. Pokoje bardzo przestronne i świetnie wyposażone. Czysto. Doskonały personel, profesjonalny. Caly czas czuliśmy opiekę i troskę personelu, na kazdym poziomie. Darmowy garaż. Cisza, spokój. Ładne widoki. "Concluded the business trip with a pleasant stay at this hotel. What I liked the most: The hotel is a new, modern property with a terrific guest room that has a large bed with a comfortable mattress. The heating system in the hotel is nice with a warm bathroom floor. A tidy hotel, cleanliness is top-notch throughout the property. Breakfast was nice with no limits. There is an elevator in the hotel. Hospitable, and accommodating staff with smiley faces, quickly responsive in all terms. Super Wi-Fi speed, the signal is strong everywhere, whether in your room, lobby, restaurant, and so on. A well-equipped conference room for free of charge. A nice small garden to take a walk in with a coffee shop on site. All kinds of different coffees with delicious desserts. "Najlepsze miejsce na pobyt, jeśli planujesz odwiedzić Shahdag. Pokój, w którym mieszkaliśmy, był bardzo przestronny i wygodny, a miłą niespodzianką było to, że podłogi w łazienkach były ogrzewane. Cały personel był przyjazny, w tym ci w strefach aktywności. Dużo zajęć na świeżym powietrzu, które pozwolą Ci się zająć, a ponieważ jest zima, oglądaliśmy narciarzy zjeżdżających ze spektakularnych, pokrytych śniegiem gór.
