A special mention goes to the daily complimentary drinks in the lobby – they're specially prepared and absolutely delicious! The ingredients are even sourced from the JW garden."

"During my trip to Qufu, Shandong, I stayed at the Zhige Hotel. The website said it opened in 2025, but upon arrival, I discovered it was a converted student dormitory, with a street across the street from the reception desk. The room was small, with the washbasin right at the entrance. There was no elevator, so the front desk staff helped us carry our suitcases up to the third floor. Upon entering, the room was immediately suffocated by a strong odor, and the staff quickly turned on the exhaust fan. Later, I discovered that across from the room was a factory building, with four large tanks, a chimney, and numerous pipes and wiring on the ground floor. The window in the room was secured with two ropes, allowing only a small opening, presumably to block out outside air. Guests staying at the hotel are advised not to book rooms on the east side. The breakfast was limited. The next morning, while we were having breakfast, they kept bringing us food. A plate of grapes arrived at 7:30 a.m., and they said there was watermelon, but by 7:45 a.m., after we finished our meal, it still hadn't arrived. We reported this to the front desk staff, who apologized and gave us a ruler. On our first night, around 8 PM, we called the front desk to request some clothes hangers (there were only two in the room). After a long wait, they still didn't arrive. The next morning, we told the front desk again, and they sent them to the room during housekeeping. When we returned at noon, they still hadn't arrived. We told the front desk again, and they went upstairs to get some hangers themselves. Also, there was a no-smoking sign in the room, but there was still an ashtray. For a new hotel like this, how can it get a 4.9 rating?"
