"Found this accommodation to be exactly as advertised, short walk to the beach, shops, supermarkets and the old town. It had everything I needed, the staff were wonderful special thanks to Alex and Genny on reception so helpful also my cleaner, room cleaned every day, bedding and towels changed every couple of days. They all went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, comfortable and safe. The only downside was the traffic noise due to the location on a busy junction but I adapted after a couple of nights. I would recommend this hotel. Big thanks to all the staff"

"Spędziliśmy noc w pokoju Zafirenia, czuł się bardzo źle, wszystko było w starym, bardzo złym stanie, toaleta była złamana i z śladami, drewno wszędzie w pokoju olśniewało, prysznic, pranie, toaleta była w starym stanie i w złym stanie. Mam zdjęcia na górze, a nasza rezerwacja mówiła, że pokój z balkonem, nie wiedziałam, co to jest, miała miejsce na zewnątrz z biurkiem w strasznym stanie i łóżeczkami z rozproszoną ubraniem. Kiedy rozmawiałem z odpowiedzialnym, nie wydawał się, że się ze mną zgadza. Powiedzmy, że zapłaciliśmy 225 euro za górny pokój. A co gorsze, odpowiedzialny wysłał nas z dziewczyną z recepcji 40 euro. Upominające!!! Oczywiście, że je zwróciliśmy. A skoro pokój był w porządku z punktu widzenia osób odpowiedzialnych, na co 40 euro? Wstyd i tylko wstyd! I oczywiście, jeśli mieliśmy czas, wychodziliśmy w tym samym czasie, ale niestety mielibyśmy kilka godzin w Retchno i nie chcieliśmy ich stracić. Bardzo mi przykro."

"Przyjmujący mają dużo informacji i są przyjazne. Mój pokój był podstawowy, ale wygodny. Lodówka, ketchloro, tv (tylko niemieckie kanały) i a/c dobrze działały.Byliśmy na parterze i miały rośliny i drzewa oliwne, aby dać nam trochę prywatności. Łazienka była miła i łóżeczka były zawsze dostępne. Śniadanie było trochę nudne (brak gorącej jedzenia), ale poza tym wszystko było w porządku. Jest tu mnóstwo restauracji i jest dobry bar obok hotelu.Nie miałbym problemu z pobytem tam ponownie."

"The best thing about the hotel is undoubtedly its good location, everything else was disappointing. Our room was comfortable and functional and had beautiful views of the sea, the bathroom however was a real mess, it had a large step at the entrance and the toilet area was so small that they had to cut the door so that it could be closed. that matched the cup. I provide photos because it is difficult to believe if you don't see it. The water in the shower was also not well regulated, sometimes it came out cold or scalding hot and the towels were threadbare. I don't understand how a serious hotel can offer this type of room. The terrace of the restaurant where breakfast is offered is very pleasant and has beautiful views. The breakfast is abundant but lacks quality products. The staff is friendly."
