"The customer service of the people at the hotel was very bad (except for 1 person who served the meals "Nicolas" and the cleaning ladies, those who served the drink very very slowly, the drinks were supposed to be unlimited and we spent a lot of time making There was a line of up to 20 minutes for a cocktail, they were given the recommendation and they made a bad face, the facilities were good, but otherwise we were not in the mood to take a plan with OnVacation again and even though we went in the low season, they promised us 10 accommodations for a day trip for a friend and when requesting it they told her that she had to buy it, we asked before going if the prohibition law applied inside the hotel and the seller told us that there were no restrictions inside the place and when we got there they told us what was contracted I am really very disappointed with the service. I give it 1 star because it is the minimum rating or else I wouldn't give it any."
