Were trying o enforce their taxi to go to Chimborazo for 40$ when a taxi there only costs 7$ one way. Were very fast checking us in, so fast they never asked for our passports and never asked us to pay, even at check-out - on that day they were too busy sorting out their computers. Then it was a nightmare to transfer the money. Breakfast was the usual and was only ok. Quantities were small. Had to ask a member of staff to get water. Staff speak basic English - they seem to speak English only as information is not always understood."
