„Great ambience, first time staying in the hotel. The staff was excellent and hospitable we were greeted by every staff member that we came across. They were all passionate and knowledgeable of the history of the hotel. We were able to check in sooner as our room was available. Even though we had a pool side view, there was very minimal noise. The only down side was that someone randomly knocked on our door at night and apparently there was a leak on the lower floor and staff needed to enter the room the following day but they did apologize for the inconvenience. Can't blame them though as I'm sure the person experiencing the leak was WAY more inconvenienced than us. Aside from that everything was great, the food, drinks, staff, and even the guests would share/recommend things to do or see. Would definitely come back again!”

„No room cleaning services for the first week of stay at this hotel. Front desk staff are generally helpful, except the one male staff who checked me out on September 30. This staff was rude and seemed to ignore whatever I said. During my stay, I once asked him to help with the room arrangement, but he did not offer any help, though he said that he would. Later, I sought the help from another female staff to get the job done.”
