"It was a super clean hotel but nothing nearby to do and nothing to do at hotel. The pool was too cold, bikes didnt work, canoes not available and bad customer service they ignore you and chit chat with each other. I was so bored every thing at restaurant was a la carte only over $100 for breakfast no drinks. Everyone is so rude. Pool closes at 8 pm they expect you to go to bed at 8 pm? The housekeeping wakes you up at 7 am every morning knocking at your door every 5 minutes telling u to get out so they can clean? Am i not in vacation? Never again!"

"Dobre jedzenie, ale usługa ma wiele do poprawy. nie jest sprawą ludzi, ale proces. Niedziela, dzień matki, jedyne dostępne jedzenie w popołudnie było Steak Kebabs, które trwałoby wiecznie dotarć (byli dobre na drodze). Nie mogliśmy zjeść obiadu w tym miejscu, więc przewidywaliśmy naszą wypożyczalnię, ale system po prostu nie zamknął konta. Zmusili mnie do poczekania 30 minut, aż zdecydowałem się wyjechać, więc moglibyśmy zjeść odpowiedni posiłek przed zamknięciem restauracji. Nie sprawdziłem jeszcze mojej faktury, ale powinno być w porządku. Dla jasności, miejsce jest niesamowite, pokój był świetny, ludzie byli świetni, ale brak procesu i dobrego zarządzania. Grab i idź, plaża i basen zespoły były super miłe."

"The concert venue was very close, just across the street, with a gas station next door. The surrounding area was fully booked. The room was a bit damp, but there were toiletries in the bathroom. Overall, it was clean."

Palm Beach Marriott Singer Island Beach Resort & Spa ★★★★

"The bar areas were very small. The bartender at the outdoor tiki bar was extremely loud and vulgar, possibly drunk himself. Talked to concierge twice, and the two men working there were so confused and unable to assist in a confident and knowledgeable manner to the very simple questions asked. Very little staff assisting in serving guests. The restaurant in the hotel was good but not great, but the prices were outrageous compared to the quality of the food. And the wait staff was very lacking and not enjoyable. And for the amount of money you pay for a room, not having breakfast included is absurd. Ordered room service dining and someone brought it up the two meals with their hands rather than on a dining cart and had to fish out utensils and condiments from their pockets. I find this to be unprofessional for this level of quality and service. While overall it was a nice resort, I’m not sure the price tag matches the quality this resort claims to advertise."
