"Pros: 1. Excellent service. 2. Free parking right in front of the hotel. 3. Generally clean. 4. Good restaurants on the first and fifth floors. Cons: 1. There's music playing in the hallway from morning until night, and it's too loud. You can hear it clearly in the room. A hotel is a place for guests to rest and sleep, not a KTV.... 2. The mattress is too soft. 3. Rooms on the third floor are right next to the pool, so you can clearly hear people laughing and chatting, as well as the music from the pool. 4. Breakfast is just average."

"We had an amazing time at Timberland Highlands Resort! Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and every moment was memorable. The s'mores night and movie under the stars were such delightful experiences, creating warm and cozy memories. The infinity pool offered breathtaking views and was the perfect spot to relax. "To była ostatnia minuta rezerwacji dla mnie i cieszyłem się, że mieli dostępny pokój. Byłem wspomagany przez dwóch bardzo uprzejmych pracowników służby przedniej. Chciałem tylko, aby mogli mi również poradzić o pokoju, który mi zapewnili, który miał drzwi wewnątrz połączenia z innym pokój. Później wyjaśnili i zapewnili, że nie ma gości. Pokój był bardzo przestronny, czysty i nie miał niepożądanego zapachu. Był balkon, niewiele widoku. A/C działał dobrze. Sprzęt do gimnazjum jest dość nowy, chociaż nie dostałem do spróbowania ich podczas pobytu."

"So far, our trip has been enjoyable, although the weather has been rainy. The accommodation has been fantastic, particularly in terms of food and service. However, we did experience a theft in their parking area, which is located outside the resort. Unfortunately, the parking area isn’t secure, and the surrounding neighborhood doesn’t feel very safe. This was quite disappointing and impacted our overall experience."

"I booked for two nights but only stayed one. I left the next day early because I’m meeting friends and couldn’t afford to drive back again due to road conditions. The room was clean but old. Yes, it’s a budget room, but it’s not really worth the price — it could be cheaper. There was no bidet, and the shower was barely working, maybe because of the water pressure. It was a telephone-style shower, but it wasn’t attached to the wall, it was just coiled around the bathroom faucet. No toiletries were provided, not even a roll of tissue for the bathroom. There are two beds. I booked for two people, but only one bed was prepared. There were no linens on the other bed. The premises is huge enough there’s a pool and a stream but nothing special. There are a lot of house rules, but one thing that stood out to me was the late check-in fee. Bruh, this is a far-flung barrio ,it’s very far. I honestly didn’t expect the roads to be that bad. I was already regretting driving there. There’s no restaurant or canteen on the premises, but the owner informed me about that beforehand, so no issue there. However, you really have to come prepared if you’re checking in here. Overall, I won’t be coming back here."
