What an unexpected gem of a hotel! The room was incredibly comfortable, the AC worked perfectly, and all the little details were well-maintained. It was exceptionally clean, which I really appreciated. The service was polite, and the location was very convenient. I felt completely relaxed and at ease during my stay. I'm extremely satisfied with this accommodation.

This was my third stay in this hotel within a month. Will I stay again if I’m in Rizhao - definitely a YES. Front desk staff is helpful although most seems were quite new on the job. The hotel is very updated in term of technology. Lights are turn on automatically when you enter the room and curtains open up automatically with day light. My only complaint is the air conditioning system is not fast enough in cooling down the room. Breakfast is delightful. Location is good with plenty of eateries and shopping within a short hop. Highly recommend to others

整體入住感受特別好，酒店環境乾淨雅緻，公共區域打理得很用心。房間空間適中，設施齊全，衞生做得很到位，沒有異味，床品柔軟舒適，隔音效果也不錯，休息得很好。前台工作人員服務專業、有禮貌，有需求響應及時，讓人感覺很貼心。位置出行方便，周邊配套齊全，性價比超高，是一次很舒心的住宿體驗。

我是一個人獨立出來旅遊，已經去其他地方玩了幾天幾經波折到了日照，一個人比較隨性，差不多上一站快出發前打開攜程篩選了評分由高到低的酒店排名，選了價格也美麗的，簡單看了眼還有免費接送站，就直接下單了，心想着這麼有性價比，其他的我都不期望了，我一個人有接送很不錯了，萬萬沒想到，這不是結束，也不是簡單的衹實現了我的需求，一個人到日照西站，一個很和善的哥在出站口閘機正門口等着我，一開始我給前台的預約電話錯了一位，司機大哥沒有因為打錯電話而不滿或者不開心，拿到對的電話打過來碰面了後立馬接過了我的行李箱，超級重的，我的行李箱本來就很重了，外邊還掛着倆大包跟乞丐似的，我一個人臉皮厚，不害臊，但是大哥提過去的時候有點不好意思了，前邊在外邊玩的時候打車，滴滴司機坐在前排自始至終沒幫我一下，看我進車裡後笑我“行李看着好重，看你自己提的都蠻費力，都裝啥了”都説了這些也沒有想着要幫我提一下，我也比較無所謂，因為什麼性格的人都有，也有遇到好的，當然更意外開心感恩遇到每個善良的人。繼續回到酒店哈，司機大哥人性格也挺好的，我話少也不會聊天，還會有一句沒一句的關心聊天，給我簡單介紹日照，帶着我到了四十八流樓前台，前台一男一女，態度都很和善，旁邊的女生感覺比較稚嫩可愛些，感覺旁邊的男人像大哥哥似的帶着旁邊的小女生，主觀感覺啊就是酒店氛圍給人的感覺很好，電梯打開的時候確實是有一種雅的感覺，前台有茶台，冬天有那種專門放熱礦泉水瓶的櫃子，我還以為是冰鎮的，沒想到是熱的，真的是很貼心了，整個前台乾淨整潔利落美觀，前台服務人員和司機大哥很符合酒店名字“輕雅”這個特性，一推開房間空氣清新，像全屋智能小度小度可以喚醒，解放住户雙手，要關燈啥的喊一聲就行，到房間後，太舒適，導致我一個人原計劃準備放下行李收拾一下就出去，但凡環境差點放下行李就出去玩了沒任何留戀，就是碰上了這裏地理位置也好，外賣啥的巨方便，硬是墨跡到吃了個飯又立馬折返回來躺着，因為酒店環境讓人太安逸，到海邊風景區又近，第二天才出去玩的，細節都很打動人，站到窗前看外邊就有種霸總俯瞰A市，有種掌控感，這城市都盡在自己眼下。我選的房型可以看日出，一開始司機跟我説我還不信呢，尋思衹要能看到點海就行，內陸人的一點小執念罷了，剛好我又懶，第二天躺着就可以看日出，好消息是我自己進房間裏一看確實可以看日出，壞消息是定了鬧鐘，睡覺太舒服了鬧鐘關了又繼續睡，日出時間睡了過去，再睜眼看太陽已經升起來些了，於是繼續睡。房間裏放有自己日照本地的紅茶綠茶，有小茶盞可以自己泡着喝，智能馬桶擦的鋥光瓦亮，就這樣還配有消毒濕巾和一次性馬桶墊，可以自己再擦一遍再使用，房間裏的環境看圖片吧，我是真實的還沒挑出來毛病，乾淨整潔度，美觀度舒適度都沒得挑是我玩的這幾天來綜合各方面都沒得説的一家讓人很放心的一家酒店，舒適的居住環境，一片有愛的氛圍，這樣的酒店就該越辦越好越辦越大，就該掙更多！因為是旅遊淡季，我的房間複式loft，就我一個人，但其實感覺四個人都能睡下，空間也大，其他的都在圖片裏自己看吧，整體很舒適，能看得出商家的真心和誠意，商家美商也不錯，中式風格設計大氣兼具輕雅而不俗，環境優美舒適，還有沒拍到的細節等其他幸運顧客去解鎖吧！這樣的酒店當之無愧的五星好評，用心做酒店的商家，客人是可以感受到的。

春節期間去日照自駕，入住這家酒店，暑期也曾經定過，但是後來改道去別的城市沒住成。因為寵物友好，這次仍然選擇這家，帶寵物收清潔費，淡季是60元，旺季標註是99元。現在房價非常友好，房間裝修的配色非常温馨，乾濕分離做的非常到位，配有地下停車場，車位充足，自駕來不用擔心停車問題。距離萬達廣場非常近，步行可到，距離日照的熱門景點距離都不遠。總體是很推薦的。缺點就是我們去的時候前台有個穿黑衣服的胖女孩，態度很不好，從辦理入住到解答問題，都透着一股子不耐煩，拉低酒店的水準，希望酒店可以加強管理，不要讓服務拉胯。

房子不錯 適合家庭出遊  乾淨衞生 一家人住很合適 停車：樓下就有停車場 很方便 房子位置：位於萬平口附近 去海邊5分鐘左右就到了，景點基本上都在周邊，離華潤萬象滙也非常近 購物方便，吃飯方便，海鮮市場也近 還可以做飯挺好的

The front desk staff were outstanding. They were so helpful and kind. The hotel was classy and beautiful. My stay was comfortable however there could be more improvement with the planning of the dining hall. The seating was inadequate for the amount of people at the hotel.

The newly opened Holiday Inn is estimated to be relatively friendly because the price is newly opened, and the price is estimated to be bullish next year. There are small business districts around and communities, opposite to the Shuda Shuihui, not far from Wanpingkou, 20 minutes to Kaiyuan Senbo. The room is very spacious, the sink is external, the shower is large, and the toilet lid is heated. The newly opened hotel will inevitably still have some smell. It is estimated that it is full every day in the peak season, and there is no time to ventilate. To express satisfaction. Several small problems encountered: 1. The staff seems to be insufficient? There were some episodes at the front desk, and I felt that the staff was not busy enough, and I could see that they were busy. 2. The elevator problem, such as press the 19th floor, reached the 19th floor, but the button shows the 17th floor, and another guest who took the elevator also encountered a similar situation. The OTIS elevator itself is not bad, it is estimated that it is a software problem. 3. The underground parking lot is currently unavailable and there is no obvious sign. Try to go underground to see the results. There are many equipment. There are several cars parked in the three-dimensional parking space. If it has not been repaired, give a sign. 4. Add a place to hang clothes or towels in the shower room for easy bathing. The above flaws are not concealed. There must be a lot to be improved just after opening, and the staff is relatively young as a whole, and they are still very optimistic about the hotel. In the evening, the lover accidentally cut his hand with something. After calling the front desk, he immediately sent a few band-aides. Thank you very much!

”This hotel offers outstanding value for money. It's a relatively new hotel (opened in 2024), and everything feels fresh and modern . I loved the smart room features controlled by ”Xiao Du,” and the bed was incredibly comfortable with its zero-pressure latex mattress . The facilities are great too—there's a gym, a自助洗衣房 (laundry room), and a cozy café on the first floor . Plus, the breakfast buffet had a good variety of both Chinese and Western options . The location is very convenient, close to万达广场 (Wanda Plaza) and just a short drive to the东夷小镇 (Dongyi Town) . I would definitely stay here again.”Will visit again

The hotel is new and right across from the MixC Mall. The rooms are clean and the reception staff was nice. However, this hotel had the worst breakfast selection and quality that we have ever seen. No juice, no pastries, no toast, no spreads, etc. There was a small portion of fried rice for guests to share, a few shrimps on a plate, warm water, and a few boiled eggs.
