„Stayed at hotel 3x times over 2 weeks. Room # 3609 has obvious water seepage issue on the bedroom wall, from the shower water most likely, so do expect some wear and tear, seeing hotel has been around for couple of years already .. Also wish the main toilet was better thought out, with counter space and also space to hang used towels, etc..
Other than that, we are truly happy with hardworking front desk and house-keeping staff who took very good care of us and make the shortfall in the hardware aspect more bearable.”

„I have no complaints about the hotel. We liked the interruption at your place. Very friendly, kind staff. The rooms are clean and everything is functional. You even asked during the cleaning of the room, usually in other hotels the cleaning comes by itself and knocks on the door, while the guests sleep. Your hotel respects the rest of guests and it's nice! Lunch tea and other bonuses for guests are also pleasant. We put the fruit in the room and changed the refrigerator on time. There were queues in the canteen in the morning, but now there are holidays and there are a lot of people in the hotel, it's understandable. There is a lot of food in the dining room, in most cases it is Chinese, but foreigners can also find something to eat for themselves. Thank you for your care and good rest🙏🏻💞”

The front desk staff were friendly, professional, and efficient, making both check-in and extending my stay smooth and easy. Food delivery is brought directly to the room by a robot, which is very convenient and adds to the sense of safety. I originally booked three nights, but enjoyed my stay so much that I decided to extend it. The hotel also provides washing machines and dryers, which is a big plus for longer stays. Easily the best hotel we stayed at. It was more affordable than anything we found in Beijing or Shanghai and better in every way. The service was exceptional, and everything was spotless. We received individually packaged fresh towels every single day, which really stood out.
The room itself was incredible: spacious, with a queen-size bed and a fantastic view. The location couldn’t be better; right next to a large shopping mall and just steps from two metro stations. The hotel also has a bakery and restaurant downstairs, which was super convenient.
I honestly can’t recommend this place enough.

I had an exceptional experience during my six-night stay at this five-star hotel, and I especially commend Manager Lee for his outstanding service. His professionalism, attention to details made our stay truly memorable. He makes us feel genuinely welcome and valued. The housekeeping service was equally impressive. They were attentive to our needs and even added bed rails to ensure our child’s safety, which was a thoughtful and family-friendly touch. Every detail, from the cleanliness of the room to the personalized care, exceeded our expectations. Thanks to Manager Lee and the fantastic team, we left with wonderful memories. This was my second stay at the Holiday Inn, and once again, it was a wonderful experience. I initially booked a premier room, but to my surprise, I was upgraded to a lovely suite at check-in, which made my stay even more special.
I was also offered a welcome drink of my choice - tea, coffee, a soft beverage, or even an alcoholic drink - which was a very nice touch.
Susie at reception was especially helpful. She explained everything clearly in excellent English and made the check-in process smooth and welcoming.
I absolutely loved my stay and will definitely be booking here again. Highly recommend!

Amazing stay
The hotel is behind the Intercontinental hotel, right in the marina. It’s close to 4th May square.
We have had a family room as it’s 6 of us and it was still great. The only thing is that’s only one shower, but we managed. The room is on 2 floors, upstairs big bedroom with a double bed and a toilet and downstairs one double bed a one single bed.
The breakfast was nice, my kids loved it.
Really great value for money.
And the staff was very nice, very attentive to our needs.
There’s also a Landry room, the hotel provided us with the detergent, free of charge.
Totally recommend the place !!

One of the top hotels I have been to before. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the breakfast was amazing! The location is also very convenient. Close to a mall, a subway station, the beach and a few very nice local restaurants in the street.
It is also very easy to get a didi or taxi to any place if needed to go a bit farther away. If anyone is going to Qingdao and looking for a comfortable stay, prime location and excellent breakfast, this is the place!

1st day arrival and early check in was a breeze as there was no need to wait. Room was available and clean and big. Housekeeping ladies would call to check if room needed any cleaning on a daily basis.
Nearby plenty of food and convenience stores plus Wanda mall where you can get anything (supermarket in basement).
A special thanks to 小刘 the hotel's wechat app that provided all my needs. Especially in assisting me in returning packages and tracking lost items. The staff took time and was patient in solving my delivery issues.
This hotel has everything you need if not more. Will definetely return to stay again.

Was a good hotel in general, some of the lights didn’t work in the room and some made a small buzzing sound when on. The elevators at the building had a long wait to go up or down (I had to wait ~8 mins to go down one time). Other than that I would stay here again due to its good location for both railway stations and the rest of the city.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the amazing hotel with a fantastic location and incredibly friendly staff. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly by the front desk staff who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome.
The hotel's location was absolutely perfect - right in the heart of the city, within walking distance of all the major attractions and surrounded by fantastic restaurants and shops. I loved being able to step out of the hotel and immediately immerse myself in the vibrant energy of the city.
The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities I could possibly need. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and the little touches that made me feel right at home.
But what truly set this hotel apart was the staff. Every single person I encountered, from the front desk to the restaurant to the housekeeping staff, was incredibly kind, attentive, and eager to assist with anything I needed. Their genuine hospitality made my stay truly special and memorable.
Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay with exceptional customer service. I will definitely be returning on my next visit to the city.
