Mieszkaliśmy na piątym piętrze w cichszym pokoju, w którym nie było okna wychodzącego na ulicę. Na szczęście piąte piętro ma sztuczny ogród ze świetlikiem na środku, który pozwala, aby wewnętrzne pokoje również otrzymywały naturalne światło przez duże szklane okno. „There is no lift in the hotel but the staffs will help to bring the luggage up to the rooms. Room is clean except that there’s some sewage smell in the toilet, probably due to weak drainage system (toilet paper cannot be thrown into the toilet). Hotel is located right in West Street with many nice food choices and can walk to Zhong Shan Road Pedestrian Street too.”

„Actually, I was staying in another international known hotel chain, but due to the poor room condition and isolated location, I decided to change to this hotel which I used to stay before. To my pleasant surprise, upon check in, our rooms were upgraded and we totally enjoyed the stay and hospitality from the hotel. What's more important is that this hotel is centrally located accessible to services and amenities nearby. Definitely will return in the future.”

„The hotel is located in a central prime location in a busy but relatively quiet side street, very convenient and close to everything you ever need. Plenty of attractions,restaurants, cafes and places of interest all within walking distance. We had a fantastic time here in Quanzhou with superb and hospitable weather all through the week, no withstanding the taiphoon passing nearby. The facilities are modern, even an inhouse cafe/ restaurant which provides prompt services with near perfect tasty food and drinks. The room service on the low desk in the room made it the best and most memorable dining experience we had during the mini honeymoon. See the photos attached. The staff esp the reception, even the cleaners, went out of the way to attend to every needs and request from us, always with a smile and highly professional disposition. I personally saw how they handled a particularly difficult client with such grace and calmness, which settled the impasse pretty promptly. I saw the client a few days later who was full of smiles, satisfaction and appreciation of the level of comfort and services she received. I couldn't have been happier the 4 days staying and could have extended more days had there been rooms available. But I promise to return when the first opportunity avail itself. The only suggestion I can give is to make the slippery floor in the toilet more slip resistant. Perhaps with some thin layer of anti slip mat whenever requested by more senior clients like me. I was extra careful going in and out each time, as the water ponded easily there .”

„I booked a king-sized room for my business trip, and at check-in, the front desk upgraded me to a suite. As soon as I opened the door, I was captivated by the night view – the city lights outside were beautiful, layer upon layer. The room facilities were in good condition, the shower had plenty of hot water, and the cleanliness was meticulous, with even the corners being spotless. The environment was quiet and peaceful. The service was also thoughtful; they helped me carry my luggage into the room. I stayed here for two nights and had a very good rest. I'll definitely choose this hotel again! 🌟”

„The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. They assisted me when checking in and even showed me to the room. The room was far with some turns that got me confused. I think it would be nice if they had more directions guiding one to the elevator. The hotel was in a very good area. I got lost trying to locate it at first because it’s tucked between an apartment building and the Macdonald but was ok after. The breakfast is a bit limited though. They even have little snacks in the room mini fridge for free but I was a little disappointed that I got no coffee in the room. I’d definitely recommend.”

„One of my most enjoyable stay not just in Fujian, but in China! I had stayed in hotels that offer lesser but cost premium. This hotel is clean, new, beautifully and thoughtfully designed to every detail. All the staff had been efficient, friendly, polite, helpful and very well-trained (professional yet sincere) in delivering great service. Be it the porter, the receptionist, the concierge or even the staff standing outside the restaurant or the housekeeping staff I walked past. I would go back to the hotel anytime again, not just because of the affordable price but for the experience. Great job there! Ps: I did not take many pics as the photos were exactly as taken in the pics provided.”

The location is perfect for exploring the historic area, and the little white bus makes it easy to get around and see the sights. The breakfast provided is varied and delicious, offering a good start to the day. The front desk receptionists were exceptionally helpful, providing great recommendations for local attractions and dining options. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area.”
