Had a Wonderful Stay . My stay at Enraton Hotel was made truly memorable thanks to the helpful and attentive staff, especially Alan at the front desk. He even helped with my luggage, arranging pickup and drop-off. Awesome inn, with an ancient charm. The service staff will warmly escort you to your room. Unfortunately, the restaurant is just outside the window of the room. The strong smell of the kitchen accompanied us all night. The room was very hot.

Great location and very good service from front door and the cleaner Warmly asked us for anything we need and try to fulfill our requirement at their best We requested water for drinking and hanger to hang our clothes after washing and dry with dryer and the hotel management helped us with it. The room is big enough for 5 pax and clean Breakfast provided for every day too.

The front counter manager selina is doing great job to accommodate our need and upgrade our stay!!! Bravo to her and her team!!! And they helped my fren to call ambulance sending to medical attention ASAP. And they provide a lot of travel sets and mineral water when we leave the hotel to next destination!!!

明天就要回家了，躺在酒店的床上寫下個這評價，第一次帶全家來西寧，遇見這家酒店真的特別開心。首先衞生真的做的很好，有一次性馬桶墊，一次性洗漱用品，每天把衞生做的很好。更重要的是這家店真的在用心經營，從大廳的裝修風格到房間的設施設備包括衞生，服務態度都無可挑剔。住宿中遇見的各種問題，從基層服務員到經理都在第一時間解決，回覆消息及時！！!走的時候孩子喜歡房間的海星香皂，經理還多送了幾個！！!!祝酒店越來越好！！！

The hotel room and its bathroom are very large spacious and they would meet four star hotel standard if they were kept clean and well maintained. But the carpet throughout the hotel needs to be changed and only one (and two later) out of four elevators was (were) working that caused big problems when all room were occupied. Guest reported the problem to the local police and a second elevator started to work one day later. Overall a great asset but very poor managed.
