„預訂該酒店是是臨時起意，所以訂的時候看的沒太仔細。忠誠建議：帶娃的家庭不要選！房間極其小！ 設施：房間極其小，慎重考慮！介紹的面積顯示 40，其實是包含户外的面積，一進屋站兩個人就滿了，真的滿了！衞生間衹能容納一個人！小到什麼程度呢，比如房間內沒有地方放電視機，一進門衹有一個小小的電視櫃，連本應該在衞生間放置的洗漱用品都沒地方而被放置到該區域！ 衞生：整體看着感覺還是可以的，但是床單上有不明液體！如圖所示 環境：有一説一，環境和服務還是可以的，綠化和户外整體很棒，服務人員的態度也很好，無論是客房，温泉區域，還是入住。 另外，小户型的樹屋我們也住過，但這個實在太小了！隔壁的冰雪酒店比這個簡直不要好太多！ 總結：温泉可以，入住酒店的該房型實在沒必要，親子游實在需要入住，請選擇該酒店其他房型，或者隔壁的冰雪酒店。”

„First, let me review the poor road conditions to the guesthouse, with some sections collapsed, no streetlights at night, making it impossible for vehicles to pass each other, and no parking. Second, I booked a 270-degree panoramic private hot spring bath for about 2,000 RMB per night. Upon arrival, I found the bathtub to be poorly clean, with stray cats dominating almost every corner of the courtyard, even though the baths were changed after each guest. The rooms at the 2,000 RMB price point were smaller and less spacious than those at the 1,000 RMB price point. The staff were generally friendly and helpful, proactively helping with luggage and greeting guests in advance. However, the restaurant and other amenities were lacking; there were few scenic spots or restaurants nearby, and it was quite far from the city center. Personally, I wouldn't recommend making a special trip there for this experience.”

„住的挺滿意的。從銀基出來，晚上定的這家酒店，直接過來接到酒店。房間挺大，很乾凈，各方面設施都比較齊全。也有小童專門的拖鞋和洗漱用品，電視，空調，熱水器都好用。馬桶是自動的，很方便，和洗澡間是隔開的。互不影響，很貼心。唯一的缺點就是早餐確實不咋樣。但是這個價格帶免費早餐也可以了，隨便吃點就行。湊合對付一下”

„可以自助辦理入住這個肯定，工作人員也很熱情，房間很大設計不錯，就是酒店超過1.1米早餐要補票，説實話去過無數親子酒店沒遇到過，早餐餐廳衹有一個，排長隊，餐廳太少又小。寄存行李很方便。不會再來的原因，主要是動物園太拉誇了，酋長之家就是坐大巴車看動物，還要預約一天衹能看一次，廣州長隆小火車看動物都可以無限次，陸地兩棲車排了四十分鐘就一些普通動物園都有的動物，動物行為展示也是普大同小異，到處都是圈錢的，遊樂設施也不好玩，大多數大型遊樂園都比這豐富，周邊小點小朋友可以來體驗。我們6歲多，去過珠海廣州長隆，野生動物園，很多動物園，大型遊樂場，進去一直説不好玩，還訂了兩天票，憂傷。一直給我説酋長之家一點也不好玩，為啥這麼多人，還要預約搶排隊瘋狂跑去。還有晚上煙花秀，媽呀，説是燈光秀不過分吧，但是燈光也很拉誇，煙花就沒幾下，就當出門溜個彎散散步隨便看一下，不要期待太大。説實話一大兩小1400多，很不值，反正不會來第二次了，後悔一萬次。還不如在清明上河園或者萬歲山多玩兩天，娃愛的很，後勁大。可能以後都不會想去這種遊樂園動物園了！由奢入儉難。”
