„可以自助辦理入住這個肯定，工作人員也很熱情，房間很大設計不錯，就是酒店超過1.1米早餐要補票，説實話去過無數親子酒店沒遇到過，早餐餐廳衹有一個，排長隊，餐廳太少又小。寄存行李很方便。不會再來的原因，主要是動物園太拉誇了，酋長之家就是坐大巴車看動物，還要預約一天衹能看一次，廣州長隆小火車看動物都可以無限次，陸地兩棲車排了四十分鐘就一些普通動物園都有的動物，動物行為展示也是普大同小異，到處都是圈錢的，遊樂設施也不好玩，大多數大型遊樂園都比這豐富，周邊小點小朋友可以來體驗。我們6歲多，去過珠海廣州長隆，野生動物園，很多動物園，大型遊樂場，進去一直説不好玩，還訂了兩天票，憂傷。一直給我説酋長之家一點也不好玩，為啥這麼多人，還要預約搶排隊瘋狂跑去。還有晚上煙花秀，媽呀，説是燈光秀不過分吧，但是燈光也很拉誇，煙花就沒幾下，就當出門溜個彎散散步隨便看一下，不要期待太大。説實話一大兩小1400多，很不值，反正不會來第二次了，後悔一萬次。還不如在清明上河園或者萬歲山多玩兩天，娃愛的很，後勁大。可能以後都不會想去這種遊樂園動物園了！由奢入儉難。”

„預訂該酒店是是臨時起意，所以訂的時候看的沒太仔細。忠誠建議：帶娃的家庭不要選！房間極其小！ 設施：房間極其小，慎重考慮！介紹的面積顯示 40，其實是包含户外的面積，一進屋站兩個人就滿了，真的滿了！衞生間衹能容納一個人！小到什麼程度呢，比如房間內沒有地方放電視機，一進門衹有一個小小的電視櫃，連本應該在衞生間放置的洗漱用品都沒地方而被放置到該區域！ 衞生：整體看着感覺還是可以的，但是床單上有不明液體！如圖所示 環境：有一説一，環境和服務還是可以的，綠化和户外整體很棒，服務人員的態度也很好，無論是客房，温泉區域，還是入住。 另外，小户型的樹屋我們也住過，但這個實在太小了！隔壁的冰雪酒店比這個簡直不要好太多！ 總結：温泉可以，入住酒店的該房型實在沒必要，親子游實在需要入住，請選擇該酒店其他房型，或者隔壁的冰雪酒店。”

„沒想到鄭州周邊也有這麼美的懸崖酒店! 伏羲山之前來玩的時候就注意到了這個在懸崖邊上的酒店，但是那次太倉促，沒有在這住下。這次專門騰出來時間來這邊好好放鬆放鬆!之前看別人發的懸崖酒店真的絕絕子!!沒想到家旁邊就有一個整個酒店的裝修和配置還是很高大上的! 無邊泳池真的愛了 隨便一拍都是大片!!水也是恆温的，渴了還可以在旁邊的飲品露台來一杯特調飲料~在夕陽下享受着這樣的風景真的不要太爽哦 我選的是民宿四合院 在四合院住的話也可以去懸崖的泳池玩房間是包含早餐的，早上起來去吃一吃早餐，然後去周邊的雲上牧場啊小馬高原啊轉一圈，然後下午去健健身遊游泳，晚上回到房間再泡泡澡喝個小酒，哇~ 真的不要太享受哦”

„環境蠻好的，在山上空氣也很清新 性價比挺高的 衞生很好 櫃子裏面一點灰塵也沒有 送的有歡迎水果 預訂當天有價格問題 也迅速補償 蠻好的 響應很快 泳池拍照也很出片 就是隔音比較差 剛開始房間在泳池正上方 下面還有人一直在直播 聲音特別清晰，關窗户也能聽見 找了前台立馬換了房間 聲音相對小了一點，但是還是能聽見泳池嬉戲聲 特別是那天剛好有團隊團建 聲音還是比較大 前台服務不錯 基本上事事有迴應，態度也很好 就是打電話老佔線 可能客人太多了 其他的服務人員態度一般 特別是泳池 10.20就一個勁的催人走 説了拍兩張就走 還一個勁兒的回懟 我説什麼都要回一下 旁邊還有兩組 也不去催 實際上我比他們還先走 不知道為什麼戾氣這麼重😓 如果實在想早點關門，可以把泳池關門時間提前啊 總體來説性價比高 住起來還蠻舒適的 住酒店還送雲上牧場的門票 從景區到酒店也有接泊車 早餐也挺好好吃的 基本上以中餐為主 就是保温效果不太好 菜基本都是涼的 但是味道不錯”
