"The location was near lots of restaurants so we didn't have to go far to find a place to eat. They were doing construction but it wasnt too bad. The room was upstairs and it was ok. I had to go ask for more towels. The guy at the desk said there were 2 in the room. I told him we had 4 people in the room. He double-checked to be sure then he gave me 2 washcloths and 2 towels. There was only 1 small towel to use on the bathroom floor after stepping out of the shower and 1 roll of toilet tissue, 1 bag that goes in the ice container. They have the bare necessities so if you need any extras you will have to ask the front desk to request more. During breakfast the 1st day, it was around 8:20 and they was no waffle mix at all. The waffle iron was there but no mix. The second day I didn't even bother to go to breakfast. The staff was cordial. The stay was ok for the time I was in town. I dont think I would choose it for my family to stay, maybe just myself alone."

"This is our second stay and the first one they couldn’t find our room-they had booked someone it and gave us their room. This time they did not have rooms ready at check in and front desk lady did not seem concerned. In my room the microwave did not work. Staying at a different hotel our next time in Ruston."
