"To był wspaniały czas odwiedzin Rusutsu. Hotel Westin był świetnym zakwaterowaniem na krótkie, średnie i długie wakacje. Na szczęście, pracownicy byli profesjonalni i zawsze mieli umysł służbowy. Pomogłem od jednego personelu zmienić zły przejazd na nowy poprawny. Zostałem tylko 3 dni i czułem się tak wygodnie. Dziękuję."

"Please be reminded that the hotel check in has to be done before 18:00, after this time there will be no one at the reception and there is no option for distance online check in. Also hotline won't work after 6pm, so if your flight is delayed and you cannot contact the hotel before 18:00, you cannot check in and need to find alternative stay urgently. We managed to find another hotel near Chitose and they put an ipad at the reception for distance check in, we cannot help wondering why the same couldn't be done here, please at least make your hotline available before midnight. other than that, the hotel is clean, good condition and has a luxury feel."

"Location: It was already 6 pm when we arrived in Hokkaido that day. We drove to the B&B. Due to heavy rain, we didn’t arrive until around 7:30. There is no restaurant near the B&B, but I saw another hotel when I passed by, so I had dinner there. Facilities: Complete supplies, including hair straighteners and hair curling equipment, are worthy of praise. However, it was found that one of the bath towels was crossed with a black pen. It must have been that it was not inspected when it was sent for washing. The toilet in the twin room was very smelly, and the smell decreased after closing the door."

"They were very flexible with the shuttle to and from Rusutsu Hotel, which made my snowboarding trip very enjoyable! There was no TV in the room, but I slept soundly in a warm, fluffy bed. Breakfast was also delicious! Meals and baths were at Rusutsu Hotel, so I think it's a great deal to stay here and have a great time!"
