"Środowisko jest wygodne i pokoje są czyste. Są w pobliżu supermarkety i restauracje. Jednakże są niektóre niewygody. - Pokój jest dość daleko od restauracji, gdzie serwowane jest śniadanie. - Musisz przenieść bagaż do pokoju na drugim piętrze sam, ponieważ nie ma windy, co jest niewygodne, jeśli masz duży/ ciężki bagaż. - Jest lampa pod łóżkiem. Jest dość duża i nie może być przesunięta. Na pewno uderzysz głowę, gdy wstaniesz... Ponadto, nie ma korekty jasności.   Z drugiej strony, na biurku nie ma żadnej lampy.  Mam nadzieję, że hotel może to poprawić."

"It was a bit difficult to find at first because you had to check in at the supermarket, but the accommodation itself was clean and nice. The shared living room, shared bathroom, and toilet were also clean. When we stayed there, there were about 1 other person besides us (2 people), but we never ran into each other except when we left! The supermarket is close, and I heard that I could use the sled in front of the door, so I went on a sled. There are many buses and tour companies around Sariselka Holiday Club, so it's good to get the location benefits:) Overall, I'm very satisfied! You can also store your suitcase in the office next to the supermarket."

"Powtórzony pokój trzyosobowy jest duży, w którym można zobaczyć wschód słońca i świetle polarne. Kuchnia jest bardzo wyposażona, w pobliżu kmarket można kupić wiele rzeczy, odpowiedni dla całej rodziny. Potrzeba przejścia do hotelu, a usługi są w ogólnym stanie."

"Worst hotel experience ever. The reception of this hotel is 500 meters away from where we actually stayed, but the hotel didn't give any advance notice. We dragged our suitcases to the door of the room and called without the key. We had to walk back to get the key. Normally, you may think that walking back is okay, but this is Finland with thick snow at minus 20 degrees Celsius! The recetion is in a supermarket. There is no sign at the door. I can only call the front desk to ask. The front desk has a very bad attitude. They point at people's noses and say I hope you can behave yourself. They also refuse to admit that it is their work error and ask me to go. and platform complaint. I stayed one night and had to leave the next day. When I was packing my luggage, a woman turned the key in without knocking and shouted "out now!" I asked what was wrong with giving me some time to pack, and she said she had to leave in 10 minutes. All in all, a very, very bad attitude and a very poor experience. The front desk and staff have very poor English and cannot understand human speech."
