„房間沒有拍照，實際和圖片一樣，或者説還不如圖片，是最老舊的房型，而且距離前台超遠，是最最遠的一間，進出特別不方便。酒店住宿房間衹有兩層，但是沒有電梯，桑拿房在負一層，建議大家還是不要選這個最老舊、最便宜的房型，要選稍微新一點、貴一點的那種房型，雖然1000+本來也不便宜，還是説明當地度假村價格都偏高了。。 如果想看極光，建議大家還是多花點錢去住玻璃屋，半夜會有驚喜！”

„The service here is quite good, the staff in the recee will give you some useful advice if you ask, room is really awesome, geting a nice view from the balcony. The breakfast is also good. 服务很好，房间有阳台，浴室，桑拿房。风景很好，周边有几个餐厅可以吃饭。早餐也不错”

„自助早餐的款式多樣化，有兩個做華夫餅的機，讓住客自己做華夫餅(waffle)吃。前台的服務員態度都非常友善，和樂意解答我們的問題，只有個別人員常叫我們去找酒店的旅行社報他們的旅行團！房間夠寬敞舒適，但室內的暖氣機壞咗，這幾天天氣很冷，接近零度，幸好酒店有移動式的暖風機可以供應給我們，問題就解決了！”

„Bad management during check in. I book an Apartment for 2 nights for this stay but I got the room for 1 night each. Staff told me I have to change room tomorrow and check out at 12PM. So that mean first night I stay and tomorrow check out 12PM and wait for a new room. Also, the apartment is very far from reception. Luckily, I have a car. Imagine if I don't have a car, I have to carry big luggage from the apartment to reception to check out and wait for new room later and move my luggage to new room again, how was it? Moreover, when I check out at 12PM staff told me the room will ready for check in around 2 hours. Then came back to check in again for second at 3PM another staff told me the room is not ready yet and policy for the Apartment check in time is 6PM. ***!!! I said I need the room now because this is unacceptable. Then staff told me the room is ready and give me the key card. So, for this situation I waste the time for half day to pack my luggage, move a lot of luggage to my car with a lot of snow, check out, go to reception for check out, wait the new room, wait, wait, wait, and come back to check in and got very bad answer that she told the room is not ready, and go to check in again, move my luggage to new apartment with a lot of snow, and take a rest. VERY BAD!!!!!”

„슈퍼마켓에서 체크인 해야되는 숙소라 처음에 살짝 찾기 힘들었어요, 그치만 숙소 자체는 깔끔하고 괜찮습니다~ 공용 거실과 공용 욕실, 화장실도 깨끗했어요. 저희가 숙박할때는 저희(2명)외 1명정도 더 있었는데 마주친 적은 나갈때 빼고 없었어요! 슈퍼도 가깝고 문 앞에 썰매 사용해도 된다고 해서 썰매도 타고 왔네요 ㅎㅎ 사리셀카홀리데이클럽 주변으로 버스도 많고 투어 업체도 많은데 위치 혜택 받기 좋아요:) 전반적으로 넘 만족합니다! 슈퍼 옆 사무실에서 캐리어도 보관할 수 있어융”

„This is an old fashioned apartment. After the first impression that was not optimal, the apartment turned to be just as promised: a very basic and cheapish apartment which can accommodate 6 persons. I have no bad feelings about the place. Everything seems to be working as promised but it’s definitely not luxurious accommodation. The breakfast is better. There was a lot of choice. Especially the pastry selection was good. The breakfast is quite far from the apartment but I didn’t think that as a problem. So, yes. I was able to stay there happily for a few days but I wasn’t seeking for a luxurious stay. ”
