"Great hotel, good food, good service, excellent location and amazing beach!! For sure we will go back next year. The hotel in itself is great. We booked a suite with garden and it was perfect. Pool is really nice, always have sunbeds available, not very crowded. They provide you with towels. We stayed for almost 2 weeks and had full board. We were concerned about the food but it was perfect. Never got bored nor had the need to go eat outside of the hotel to get away. A lot of variety and always something to eat. The service at the restaurant was very good too. The best part is the beach, definitely amazing. The kids club is great and the animators take very good care of the kids. The bellboys are also VERY VERY NICE, always smiling and asking if you need something. If they were to be paid by number of smiles they would be millonaires! There is one thing that was a big disappointment. We went to the spa as we could leave the kid at the kids club for an hour and make the most. However, they do not have cabins for couples! In the hundreds of hotels I have travelled to across the globe it is the first time a hotel of this level does not have cabins for couples. It is a pity as due to that we did not use the message service of the spa. The location is very calm with nothing nearby, so it is great to relax but boring if you want loads of life outside of the hotel. We will go back next summer!! "

"We got there and had to wait about 2-3 hours for our room to be ready got to the room and it was a decent size and looked okay then I checked the bed and it was so uncomfortable I thought it would be fine then after a few days I was waking up feeling bruised from how bad the bed was. The food was the exact same stuff everyday was okay some of it some of it was inedible the breakfast was standard all inclusive breakfast not too great. The hotel is right next to the beach which is good but nothing else about there’s a few clubs that were empty all night no restraunts near by and the shops you had to walk about 25 minutes to find a decent one with some snacks. Not great for location at all closest things to do we’re in Benidorm not to far of a drive but would be expensive if you had to taxi. The entertainment was pretty boring apart from the parrot show that was actually quite good but if your looking for a hotel that you can eat in day and night and snacks and get a good night rest this is not the one"

"If you are looking for peace and quiet and relaxation, look no further. This gem of a hotel is tucked away but within easy walking distance of the beach and bars. The welcome you receive here is exceptional. Agus and his parents provide a home from home feel and always on hand to provide restaurant recommendations. However if you choose to take advantage of dining here , make sure you are prepared for fantastic food and a lot of it ! We enjoyed a wonderful break here and will definitely return."
