System ogrzewania jest ustawiony na bardzo ciepły, ale można łatwo go wyłączyć i stać się wygodny do snu w nocy. Śniadanie jest w stylu zachodnim i ma wiele różnych żummy jedzenie do wyboru. Byłem pod wrażeniem zróżnicowanej herbaty Palais Des Thes, że można się sam pić. Ta herbata jest najlepszym herbatą we Francji i światowej sławy!"

The room is small, without the comfort you expect from a 4 star, rather the level of a 3 star, or even less. Only the shower pressure is correct, but it's the only thing that reminds a “normal” shower. And above all, attention to the cathedral right next door: the clocks sound very early in the morning, then at every hour for several minutes."

"Price vs. Quality of the room. The room standard represented 90's. Sofa in the living room was unconfortable, old and shabby with two different levels of sleeping - not acceptable for adults. The 2 AC were working with an annoying noise. No plates, dishes and silverware - big disadvantage, especially, when there was lack of info on the page and in a reservation confirmation (however, it would be too late as it is quite decisive factor) before driving 1200 km and thinking what to bring with us. Ants in the kitchen. Recommendations: refurbish the room and bring it to the XXI century. Other points. The all-inclusive hours for bar were too short - not only my opinion but other guests, especially, as the hotel is located in an suburbs of the town deprived from any other nearby bars and restaurants.You may have earned more, if the bar was open longer. Strong point in plus was the buffet breakfast and lunch with its variety of dishes (except from Sunday - it looked like collection of leftovers from the week - apologies for my harsh comment on that but it was our departure day and based on the previous day s we were very optimistic, but eventually, very disappointed). In fact, the catering saved lots of the yellow stars I gave in my opinion. Recommendation: keep the high standard of the catering throught the week."

Kudos do personelu kuchni za ich fantastyczne prace! To znaczy, jeden mały obszar do poprawy byłoby siedzienie w barze. Krzesła nie były bardzo wygodne, co sprawiło, że mniej zaprasza do odpoczynku tam na drinka. Aktualizacja siedzenia zdecydowanie poprawiłoby doświadczenie. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, to uroczy hotel z przyjaznym personelem i doskonałą obsługą. Bardzo zalecane, mimo tej drobnej kwestii!"

"Fabulous location, service, loved it. Pools sensational. Hotel restaurant was great, just ate at the casual one. Plenty of restaurants nearby. One on the beach a ten minute walk from the hotel for drinks and snacks and casual meal. Only improvement would be a better poolside lunch menu."

"Chciałbym móc ocenić to miejsce wyżej, ponieważ ogólnie rzecz biorąc, nie mieliśmy złego pobytu. Jednak myślę, że niestety wiele poprzednich opinii, które przeczytaliśmy, jest prawdziwych. Pokój, który nam dano, był wystarczająco przyjemny, mały i przytulny, ale nie zły za cenę, jaką za niego zapłaciliśmy. Personel (poza basenem) był cały miły i uśmiechnięty). Ale pokoje są zaniedbane, znaleźliśmy dziwne włosy w pokoju, łóżka musieliśmy sami pościelić (!?), kosze na śmieci musieliśmy sami wynieść itp. i poprzedni lokatorzy mieli brudne pranie przed naszym pokojem, kiedy weszliśmy i DUŻO ZA WIELE kluczy do parkingu, pokoju, basenu itp. No cóż, to były weekendowe wakacje, a nie kupno mieszkania. Weź jedną kartę do pokoju itp., która działa dla wszystkich. Ponadto… niepraktyczne z wózkiem dziecięcym i bagażem, które znaleźliśmy, sprawiło, że proces zameldowania i wymeldowania był dość niewygodny. Jak wspomniano powyżej, wioska ma wszystko, czego potrzebujesz, widoki są spektakularne, a basen był dobrze zarządzany / czysty. Jest w porządku. Restauracje na miejscu były świetne. Rozważyłabym powrót (nawet poza sezonem), gdyby ułatwili nam życie jako rodzinie…!"

"We stayed for 1 night in June 2025. Staff very helpful, rooms clean with nice view of sea from balcony. Parking at front of hotel was no problem. We were also permitted to leave our baggage with reception and use the pool facilities before we checked in. Our experience was nothing like the other negative reviews on here, and was very good value for the South of France."
