"The room upgrade made the stay feel like great value for the price, and the staff were very friendly. However, we could hear chickens crowing nearby, and the tap water in the bathroom had a slight disinfectant smell, so it’s better to use bottled water when brushing your teeth. The room door only had one lock, which felt a bit insufficient; adding an extra lock would make the room feel safer. On the plus side, there was plenty of parking space, and overall we had a comfortable and relaxing stay."

"This is my second time in Saipan, so I was able to find such a good hotel! The hotel is right on the beach, with a beautiful sunset view. The room is large and clean. The owner is very nice and speaks Chinese throughout the entire stay. Airport pick-up and drop-off are provided, and purified water is provided free of charge. It is very close to the central shopping center and it is also convenient to eat nearby. It is a hotel with super cost-effectiveness! Saipan is worth visiting N times!"

"I recently stayed at the Surf Rider Hotel in Saipan and wanted to share my experience. Overall, I was very pleased with the location, facilities, and the comfort of my stay. The Great Harvest Café was excellent, and I truly appreciated the outstanding service from Tessie (Housekeeping) and Necy (Front Desk). However, I was surprised and somewhat disappointed when I inquired about using the laundry facility and was told that if hotel linens were in the washer or dryer, I could move them myself. As a guest, I would expect hotel linens to be managed by staff, both for hygiene reasons and to maintain a professional standard. That said, I truly appreciate the professionalism of the team at Surf Rider and would gladly stay again, as well as recommend them to travelers heading to Saipan. If you haven’t been to Saipan, I encourage you to visit—it’s a wonderful place and so are its people."

I think it was a condominium, as the smell from the air conditioner was noticeable. The front desk staff were very friendly, which was a plus."

"The experience was 100 times better than the Kensington Hotel next door. Although the facilities were older, the service was excellent. The receptionist helped with my luggage to the room. The smart toilet was great. Everything was very clean. The backyard leads directly to the pool. The Wi-Fi was fantastic. Dinner was delicious, the entertainment was great, and the environment was beautiful. I especially loved the 4-meter deep pool."

Lepiej, widok z zewnątrz okna był spektakularny, patrząc w dół góry i nad plażą, która wydawała się rozprzestrzeniać się nieskończoność po obu stronach. Plaża była wprost po drugiej stronie wielkiej ulicy, gdy zejść na wzgórze, i bardzo czysta. Widziałem wielu miejscowych, którzy tam pływali i piknikowali. Nie ma turystów. To jest trochę dalej na północ od wyspy, ale trochę odległość warta była - około 20 minut od lotniska."

"The staff there were so nice and friendly, one of the lady greeted us at the door, and explained and suggested where I should travel in Saipan. The location of the hotel is very convenient, because its in Garapan, the really downtown Saipan, only few minutes walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. The staff treated us like locals, and we had lots of chats. It was such a great experience for us, and we will definitely stay with this hotel again when I visit Saipan in the near future."
