"The room and the location of the hotel were clean and in order. Unfortunately, the service left to wish. At arrival we received no explanation or instructions about the facilities or breakfast, which caused confusion during our stay. After departure we also received a consumed drink account, while there was no communication in advance, which was unexpected and not transparency. Unfortunately, because with a little better communication, experience could have been much more pleasant."

"Zostaliśmy tam przez trzy noce w marcu i było bardzo cicho. Wszystkie pokoje są otoczone atrakcyjnym dziedzińcem, a właściciele są naprawdę przyjazne i pomocne i mówią dobrą angielską. Jest to bardzo warte rezerwacji bezpośrednio przez ich stronę internetową, aby uzyskać najlepsze ceny i można zorganizować transfery do i z lotniska jednocześnie. Jedzenie było fantastyczne - niektóre z najlepszych, jakie mieliśmy w Kolumbii. Mogą one również zrobić obiad dla wycieczkowych, aby zabrać podczas spaceru w pętli Cocora. W rezerwacie Hummingbird, około pół drogi, są obiekty, gdzie można jeść zapakowane obiad. W sumie, polecam BetaHotel jako świetny wybór miejsca pobytu w Salento."

"What an amazing hotel. The location was perfect to explore the area. It is set in the Cocora Valley so a short taxi or willy to Salento. The rooms were beautifully designed, private with own outdoor space. The restaurant setting was lovely and the food outstanding. Breakfast was cooked to order with delicious fruit served before. Dinner is served to 9pm and you can happily sit with your drinks enjoying the evening. They have a lovely comfortable sitting room with a log burner to enjoy and offer drinks service throughout your stay. The staff were exceptional on all levels I can’t highly recommend them enough. A must book if you are visiting the area."

"I had an incredible experience staying at La Finca Campestre La Adelita. La Sonia was very proactive with helping up book tours/drivers for whatever we wanted to do, along with giving us great recommendations. Every morning we were greeted with a delicious breakfast, a good cup of coffee, and beautiful views. I highly highly recommend staying here as it made adventuring in and around Salento very relaxing and exciting."

"Basic but clean hostel. They have a nice breakfast area (breakfast is not so great) and the person at the front desk is very very helpful. The location is great, a block and half from the plaza Bolivar and the restaurants and shopping on Carrera 6. But, basic it is. Bathrooms are small (BYO soap and shampoo!) and the room we stayed in (one double bed) was cramped (the dormitory rooms looked more spacious). The windows are wooden shutters, don't keep the street noise out, and it can get chilly at night (borrow a blanket from the front desk). WiFi is spotty (won't work in the rooms) but that seems to be par for the course in Colombia. I guess it is what you should expect at that price point but I can't help but think that it would be an excellent hotel with a bit of investment! All that said, given the general standards of hotels that are near the plaza, this may be the best place to stay. We took a look at an excellent hotel (great views, great rooms) that is just outside town but I wouldn't want to walk to it late at night. Book this but ask for a room that faces the back rather than the street or, splurge a little and stay in one of the family rooms."

"Na początku lubiłem przyjazną atmosferę i personel w tym hostelu. Jednak moje doświadczenie zostało zniszczone przez poważny problem. Dnia po sprawdzeniu, rozwijałem ciężkie świąd i bolesne ugryzienie w całym moim ciele. Wydaje się, że błędy łóżek mnie źle ukąsił, co czyni mnie prawie niemożliwym do snu w nocy i powoduje poważne problemy podczas mojej podróży. Nie zalecam tego miejsca w ogóle! Mam nadzieję, że zarządzanie poważnie zająć się tym problemem i natychmiast go naprawić."
