"To miejsce w ogóle nie przypomina tego, co przedstawiają zdjęcia. Dostaliśmy standardowy pokój, a nie willę. Jest tylko pięć pokoi, a balkon wychodzi na ulicę, obok której musi przejeżdżać każdy jeep, samochód, motocykl. Hałas o każdej porze dnia był nie do zniesienia! Co gorsza, obsługa była po prostu beznadziejna. Nie ma żadnej komunikacji między recepcjonistkami, ich zachowanie było absolutnie fatalne i doskonale wiedziały, że wszyscy narzekają na hałas, o czym wielokrotnie wspominały. To miejsce w ogóle nie jest warte swojej ceny. Śniadanie nie jest nawet serwowane w hotelu, jak pokazują zdjęcia – w rzeczywistości trzeba iść do jakiejś restauracji przed hotelem. Co gorsza, zgodzili się dostarczyć nasze bagaże na lotnisko później, żebyśmy mogli zwiedzić inne miasto. Po wielokrotnym przypominaniu, żeby nie zapomnieć o jednej z toreb – oczywiście o niej zapomnieli i żebym ją odesłał, kazali mi ZAPŁACIĆ ZA PRZESYŁKĘ. Ich bezczelność, żeby klient płacił za swój błąd, jest po prostu przerażająca! To dosłownie najgorszy hotel w jakim kiedykolwiek byłem, a zdjęcia nie oddają rzeczywistości tego miejsca. Mógłby mieć potencjał, ale wymagałby przebudowy w innej części miasta i odnowienia całej załogi. NIE ZATRZYMUJ SIĘ TAM, to kompletna strata pieniędzy! Este lugar no se parece en nada a lo que promueven las fotos. Tenemos el dormitorio estándar, no la villa. Solo hay 5 habitaciones y el balcón da a la calle por la que tiene que pasar cada jeep, coche y moto. ¡El ruido en todo momento del día era nie do przeniesienia! Peor que eso, el servicio era una absoluta basura. NO hay comunicación entre los recepcionistas, su actitud fue la peor y sabían muy bien que todo el mundo se quejaba del ruido, lo mencionaron muchas veces. Este lugar no vale nada de ese dinero. El desayuno ni siquiera se sirve en el hotel como se muestra en las fotos sino que se tiene que ir a un restauracja afuera del hotel. Para empeorar las cosas, acordaron llevar nuestras maletas al aeropuerto más tarde para que pudiéramos ir a explorer otra ciudad y después de recordarles repetidamente que no olvidaran una de las maletas, por supuesto que la olvidaron y que me la enviaran me hicieron PAGAR EL ENVÍO. ¡La audacia que tienen para hacer que el cliente pague por su error es simplemente atroz Es dosłownie el peor hotel en el que me on alojado y las fotos no muestran la realidad de este lugar. Podría haber tenido potencial, pero tendría que ser reconstruido en una parte diferente de la ciudad y renovar todo su personal. NO TE QUEDES ALLÍ, es una pérdida total de dinero!"

"A great location being a short 5 min walking distance from the centre of Salento. Enjoyed the breakfast menu along with the friendly service (however would recommend that the avocado is cut into a smaller slice so more guests can enjoy it). The laundry service was good along with the activities that were on offer. The sauna was not working at the time which wasn’t the end of the world but would have been great if it did."

"My stay here was such an amazing experience, very peaceful, comfy room for us to stay. I really enjoyed waking up to the sunset creeeping through the windows. The host were all so kind & Sanya is so helpful & an amazing host. She makes you feel right at home and makes the best breakfast! Her fresh baked bread is to die for ;) Thankyou so much we loved it here!"

La Cabaña Ecohotel - Valle del Cocora

"Text: This is the most beautiful hotel I’ve stayed in since coming to Colombia. And I would say it’s one of the most wonderful places I’ve ever been in all my travels. Sebastian met me as we drove up and quickly got me into a room after about two minutes of introduction. He showed me where fresh water was and coffee whenever you want it. The first rol I was in was incredibly tiny (but still had all the amenities) so I asked for another room. WOW! I then got a really large room overlooking the pastures where the cows and chickens roam. It has huge windows so you’re able to lay in bed and watch the animals and the countryside while laying in bed. Each room has a mini-fridge and wines and treats if you like. Also a tv but who needs it with this view? The food here is very special as well- as a vegetarian, it’s the best I’ve had yet. So fresh and seems to be prepared with love. Sebastian arranged for me to take a horse out the next day with a guide and I recommend that way of seeing the countryside and the waterfall. This place is absolutely incredible. Highly recommend it for a stay just 10 minutes from Salento!!! Stunning!!"
