"My views on our stay at Dolphin/Sedra Continental Hotel Salmiya in August 2026: My family and I had a pleasant experience at the hotel, especially in the executive suite, which contributed to a comfortable stay. I would like to thank Ms. Thuraya for referring me to the appropriate contact for reservations and for her valuable & outstanding cooperation with my daughter’s party. I also appreciate Mr. Abdulla at the reservation, for accommodating my request and arranging the upgrade to the executive suite. Thanks to Ms. Sapana at the front desk for her assistance during our stay, and Mr. Safwat for handling our luggage carefully during transit."

"The building is new and the apartment is clean, but there's no clothes rack. Plus, there's no teaboy for the hotel. The receptionist, an Egyptian, was awful; talking to him was like talking to a brick wall. As soon as I arrived, he immediately said checkout was 12 and repeated it three times, even though I had the checkout time clearly stated in my app. Also, the location on Trip.com is wrong, so you'll waste half your day searching. Call the hotel directly."

"My family and I stayed at this hotel as tourists from February 11 shortly after midnight until February 14 just before midnight, and it was an extremely disappointing experience from start to finish. Upon arrival, the receptionist refused to give us the family suite we had specifically paid extra for through ***********. We booked the suite because we are traveling with our eight year old daughter who needs her own bed. Instead, we were given a very small room with barely enough space to place a mattress on the floor. When we asked for a proper bed, a staff member left a mattress outside the door and walked away without any assistance. The room was shockingly dirty and in very poor condition. There were cracks in the walls, everything looked worn out, and the cleanliness was far below any acceptable standard. The entire room had a strong smell of food and curry, which made it very unpleasant to stay in. After a long and frustrating discussion with the staff, we were finally moved to a larger room. Unfortunately, this room was not much better. It was also in terrible condition, with visible cracks in the walls and a shower that barely worked. The breakfast was of very low quality and honestly not edible. Communication with the staff was difficult, as they did not seem to understand simple requests. To make matters worse, the fire alarm suddenly went off without any apparent reason, forcing us to run down the stairs from the tenth floor in the middle of our stay. None of the staff handled the situation properly or offered any clear explanation. In my opinion, this hotel deserves no more than two stars. I genuinely do not understand how it has been rated as a four star property, as this does not reflect reality. I would strongly advise others not to spend a single Kuwaiti dinar on staying here."

"Very well located hotel 2 minutes walk from the seaside and 30 minutes from the marina. There are several bus stops nearby, it is very easy to reach the city center of Kuwait. The standard rooms (for my part) are very spacious and the view is very pretty on the city (+ a small piece of the sea), facing the sunset! Small negative point: we can easily hear what is happening outside at the bottom of the hotel (road & parking) and in the corridor. It's a shame, but it doesn't spoil the rest. It is more than adequate for the price. The staff is very kind and attentive, whether at breakfast, at the reception or in the airport shuttle, and at any time! The continental breakfast is very good, it is complete, with choice. Everything you need for everyone! I totally recommend this hotel, whether for a single person, a couple or a family."

"Byłem eskortowany przez Sunil, który również prowadził mnie w nowym, wygodnym Tahoe. Na recepcji hotelu Dovi, który zajął się moją rezerwacją i upewnił się, że wszystko jest posortowane. Pokój jest czysty i wygodny. Uwielbiałem urządzenie sterujące pełną pokój pod łóżkiem. Mogłem włączyć/wyłączyć wszystkie światła indywidualnie lub wszystkie naraz, włączyć/wyłączyć oba "Nie zakłócaj" & "Czysta usługa", kontrolować AC, wszystkie podczas lenistwa w łóżku. Po pierwsze, lista mówi, że jest wanna. Jednak nie było. To był prysznic wchodzący w spacer. Po drugie, ten prysznic miał naprawdę zły drain & slope. Woda przebiegałaby przez bardzo niewielką podłogę prysznicową i wargę/krawędź/krok do całej łazienki. Moje rozwiązanie było rolować ręczniki stopy i umieścić go na tym krawędzi. Saniya dbał o nas i upewnił się, że wszystko było dla nas wygodne. Wiem, że to nie jest problem hotelu, ale oni naprawdę mogą znaleźć odpowiednie rozwiązania energetyczne. Że 2 godziny rządowe wyłączanie / głośne wyrzucanie nie jest żartem. Światła, AC, wszystko wyłącza się z wyjątkiem wind i wody. Byłem kierowcą Shaikhe dla mojego wyjazdu na lotnisko & to było tak wielkie doświadczenie jak lotnisko pickup."
