"A mixed experience. We booked for the pool facilities, which were great. We ate in the restaurant on our first evening - excellent food and very good service. The breakfast was good too. Some buts, though. Our room had a very uncomfortable bed, a strange electrical light show from some devices in the ceiling once we turned the lights out and a repeated electrical buzzing sound all through the night which disrupted our sleep.The staff moved us to a much more comfortable room on the second night. The floors upstairs were so bouncy that it felt like the hotel must have the underlying structure of a rickety prefab - very odd and a little unsettling. And the restaurant had no character at all - an almost sterile feel. All a bit odd. While the pool, the food and the service really were great, and the many golfers who visited were clearly delighted, some of the spaces do need a refurb and a rethink."

"Naprawdę cieszyliśmy się naszym pobytem. Staff were lovely, very friendly and welcoming and the room was clean and had everything we needed including fresh milk. We ate one evening in the restaurant and the food was excellent. The tuńczyk dish was outstanding. Śniadanie codziennie było również doskonałe - zwłaszcza jajka Benedykt i łososia palonego. Z pewnością odwiedzisz ponownie. Dziękuję."

"Great place to stay after a long drive from Scotland. The hotel was tucked away at the edge of the services with the lorry park behind. It was surprisingly very quiet from mid-evening through to 9am when we left. The hotel is well kept and the team very helpful to deal with a couple of questions we had. Obviously (being on a services area) there are several food places available with a nearby small retail park nearby too to visit. I’d happily use this Travelodge hotel again when we are back in the area as it’s great value for money"
