"Everything was excellent until the black out happened twice in one morning on our last day at the hotel. ID of the toilets need improvement - need the racks to be spaced out for hanging clothes and towels. WiFi can be improved, randomly getting cut out, not so ideal for working. Heated water in the shower was a tad too hot and couldn't make it colder. Mr T. loves the bidets and the multi-functioned toilet bowls. Breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide range of selection."

"Dom gościnny znajduje się w starym mieście. Droga jest dość ciasna, a niektóre sekcje są obecnie budowane z pojazdami inżynieryjnymi. Chociaż istnieją alternatywne trasy do wejścia, niektórzy kierowcy mogą nie być znani z nich. Jeśli wrócisz do pensjonatu zbyt późno, kierowcy mogą niechętnie prowadzić całą drogę, ponieważ droga jest zbyt ciemna i trudna do nawigacji, więc może trzeba iść na krótki odległość sam. Pokój jest prosty, ale bardzo przestronny. Po check-in dał mi mapę i krótkie wyjaśnienie lokalizacji kluczowych atrakcji i niektórych restauracji. Kiedy wyszedłem, pomógł mi nawet z bagażem i zadzwonił do taksówki. Jeśli masz jakieś pytania, zawsze będzie cierpliwie odpowiadał na nie. Hostel jest około 15-minute spacerem od Registana. Jest więcej restauracji wokół Mosque Bibi-Khany, gdzie można znaleźć centrum informacji turystycznych, które pomaga w wysyłaniu pocztówek. Jeśli nie wymagasz wyposażenia hotelu o nazwie marki, ogólne doświadczenie jest bardzo dobre."

"Pokój był przestronny, czysty i wygodny. Gorąco polecam obsługę hotelu. Na życzenie zamienili dwa pojedyncze łóżka w łóżko king-size, a nawet schłodzili zakupione przeze mnie świeże owoce. Śniadanie w formie bufetu było fantastyczne, z szerokim wyborem i urozmaiconym menu każdego dnia, w tym kawiorem. Okolice hotelu są piękne, z ogrodami, altaną, małym mostkiem i podświetlanymi fontannami. Do dyspozycji Gości jest również bezpłatny basen zewnętrzny. Lokalizacja jest doskonała, w pobliżu znajduje się duży park, a słynny plac Registan oddalony jest o zaledwie 20 minut spacerem, gdzie wieczorem można obejrzeć spektakularny pokaz muzyki i świateł. W pobliżu znajduje się również wiele restauracji i kawiarni. Smaki Oasis Garden i Chocolate były szczególnie pyszne, a przystojni kelnerzy byli bardzo mili."

"The hotel is next to historical landmark Shah-i-Zinda necropolis. Registan Square is a 20-minute walk or 10-minute drive away. Taxi drivers need to be given the exact location of the hotel, which is on an uphill road, otherwise they may be dropped off in front of Shah-i-Zinda Cemetery. Hotel room is well equipped and wifi is stable. Staffs are really helpful. Fruits provided for breakfast are juicy."

"The hotel is located on a main road in a nice surrounding environment. While not large, the decor and construction are in a lavish, upscale style. It's easy to get anywhere by taxi. The soundproofing is a bit problematic; you can hear everything outside clearly at night. The staff were very friendly and attentive, proactively calling to inquire about the weekend market we were going to. They even took us to the station when we checked out. The breakfast was quite good, with a wide variety of fresh fruits and vegetables. There's a trendy restaurant downstairs that only sells hand-grabbed rice, but the rice soaked in dark oil was rather disappointing. Choose carefully."

"Was here for a conference. Seems to be a fairly new hotel. Very good location not so far from train station. Maybe 15 minutes by taxi to the Registan area. Rooms are good, quiet from the street. Good WiFi, nice heated and power-flushing toilets. Good shower pressure. Very clean. The only real issue I have is that the breakfast is more of a guesthouse level and not a hotel level. At this level, I would prefer some different hot options, including perhaps a buffet, even if small. So, if you stay more than a few days, you will definitely get tired of the breakfast. However, overall a good stay. The level of hotel is being upped in Samarkand!"

I put my towels in the shower expecting them to be replaced, instead the cleaning staff just hung them up. The negative about this hotel was that the view from my ground floor window was that of a high brick wall…! Positives were, there was a kettle with tea, a safe, hair dryer and air con. However no fridge The breakfast was good with some hot food and there was coffee from a coffee machine."
