We had a very good experience with this hotel. Situated across the beach, near to the bus station and close to the railway station, the hotel has big, spacious rooms, with all the ammenities needed. The breakfast was great, with a lot of choices, and mostly, the breakfast room was a rooftop with such an amazing view over the sea and vezuvius. Everything was perfect

It is always nice to come back and this already says it all. Breathtaking panorama top services, super recommended for families with children but also for a pleasant relaxing escape. Wellness center and swimming pools at the top. Kindness and professionalism everywhere. What about super recommended. The only flaw this year is having noticed a little maintenance on the outside of the building. For the rest gardens etc. At the top as always.

Not so close to the international airport (47 minutes walk and not 17 as indicated on the site! or 22 euro taxi) but pleasant staff and even available at 4:30 a.m. to make a coffee and offer us a pie of cake! 😃 Room on the road with double-glass-colled, not high-efficiency, and noise structure of the hotel in general Super pizza at 300m that made us the best pizza of the stay !

È la terza volta che alloggio in questa struttura e ormai mi sento sempre più a casa grazie alla splendida accoglienza degli host. Il B&b dispone di ogni comfort, tra cui la sala comune per la colazione che ti permette di mangiare in altri momenti della giornata nel modo che più ti aggrada. Il proprietario inoltre nel corridoio prima delle stanza ti lascia la possibilità di usufruire di: ceste, piatti, posate per un picnic, the e caffè per un momento relax e di un frigo bar dove puoi posare le proprie cose. Il punto di forza è la locazione in cui si trova, ovvero 5 minuti a piedi dal centro e dall’ingresso degli scavi. Gli host super gentili saranno disponili a risponderti a qualsiasi info e richiesta. Stayed here for a week in September during covid. We had our temperature checked on arrival and hotel staff are ensuring guests where their masks in public areas. Hand sanitiser available at reception. Staff are nice and helpful. Hotel is in a great location on the beach and has the most amazing views and great location to see the sunset at night! Pool is a good size and clean, plenty of sunloungers. Our room had a nice view over the prom out to mount foite. Clean towels everyday aswell as 1 bottle of water per guest. Lots of restaurants within a short walking distance. The beach to the right side is better than the beach to the left. At some parts the beach is unkept (but obviously not the hotels fault). Hotel is in a great location for visiting other parts of Italy. Naples 60 minutes on the train Sorrento 20 minutes on the train Reception also helped us with a day trip of a mini cruise to visit Postanio and Amalfi coast. 2 trains stations are in walking distance of the hotel and the trains are very cheap (the train station where the cable cart is for mount foite is the one you want for direct trains). My only negative would be that I did not see anyone clean down any sunloungers between guest use. Although this normally would not be an issue I feel during covid the sunloungers should be cleaned or there be a self facility to clean your lounger before/ after use to minimise risk. We also did seem to have small ants daily in our shower cubicle (room 301) but the bathroom itself was clean. Overall I would recommend staying here, especially if you would like to see more of Italy on your visit as it is a great location!

The tree is a four-star, at least on paper (only on paper) . The structure is old and all are seen. The room, in our case a family room, though apparently clean, is not even enough. Heating is entrusted to two splits that cannot manage. Or too warm or too cold. The dirty, old and broken tents. The bedrooms had a strange smell of closed, almost muffa. As well as the hard and rigid covers, the style of military service. The room was not coordinated between the rooms, the bed so close that the fabric was in brandelli, the madrassa of the double bed was actually the unit of two single beds, the flies of the TV and the dust-flowed wires. The bathroom was discreet but iced because it was not heated; we did not try breakfast, we went away very soon (willingly) and, given the premises, we did not lose anything. The staff, except the girl at the reception, did not comply with the minimum anti-covid standards, no mask. They were able to approve the temperature meters and the gels available to the guests. The doormaster smoked quietly in the hall of the INADMISSIBLE hotel. In other words, the four stars might have been worth in 1980, and today two would be more correct.

Good morning , This hotel is well placed but unfortunately there is a problem with the air conditioners that are out of the ground I changed three rooms but in vain. The reception only one man and one woman made the effort to confirm anomaly but they have no solution. A receptionist to avoid his aggressiveness and speech at night left me a night with a summer climate in winter , last does not respond to trip.com requests that tried to find a heating solution in the middle of January and cried at me in should tell me ”I don't speak English” he advised me to see the climate police and whether I am sick or not it is not his problem ,and given the place of booking is no longer refundable so he had his account to me to accept such conditions that they are . As this receptionist is absent from the reception in the evening and speaks English since I arrived . So here I add this comment has already on Google in suggesting you choose better or an Airbnb has this price 80 euros , in Paris and Milan we are well served while Naples is cheaper .

I stayed at this hotel during a short holiday and we were delighted when we found it online as it was between Naples city and places like Salerno and amalfi. They advertise that they have shuttles going from the hotel to the airport, unfortunately by this they meant they would organise a taxi for you and this is where we experienced problems. We ended up having to get a 15 minute taxi from a nearby train station to the hotel which cost us €60. The taxi driver would not speak directly to us and told us we would have to book through the hotel. Trying to get anywhere was a nigh**are as they told us the closest train station was far too long away to walk to and that we would have no choice but to get taxis. We were quoted €130 for a one way taxi to a neighbouring town. We decided to have a look online and found that that there was a train station 30 minutes walk away (s.vitaliano train station) where we could get a train to Nola and from there be able to get a train to almost anywhere. I was disappointed that the hotel had chosen not to mention this and couldn’t help but feel they were taking advantage of the fact we were unfamiliar with our surroundings to allow local taxis to charge us ridiculously high rates. I am not writing this review just to complain about the hotel but to advice any future guests that it is possible to get a train from close by to save them hassle and money. Besides this issue the hotel was nice. It was very clean and the cleaning staff that we ran into on our second day were absolutely lovely. The restaurant staff were also lovely. The staff at front of desk were helpful at times but also came across as cold and uninterested at other times. Overall, if we had been given the correct info in regards to travel I would have given the hotel a 4/5 but unfortunately that was not the case.

Firstly the good things, this hotel was kept very clean and the staff were all very friendly and did help with the issues we experienced. The negatives: on arrival our room wasnt ready, we had left home at 07.30 in the morning, and arrived at the hotel 17.30, so an exhausting day travelling (as flying usually is) so to find that the room wasnt ready was not a great start. We had to sit in reception for approx 45 mins waiting. But the main problem for us was that the air conditioning was broken while we were there. The room we were in was on the ground floor, there was no pavement on the street outside so we had cars driving and parking right outside our window. Due to the broken air conditioning we needed to keep the window open to try to get some airflow, but this meant we had all the street noise and traffic fumes coming into the room. The hotel did move us to another room on a higher floor so we were away from the traffic fumes, unfortunately this room had the sun shining in all day and was even hotter than the first room. Again the staff were helpful and found us a fan to use which did help a bit. Our first room on the ground floor was not as nicely decorated as the second room, the first room was tatty and basic, so I think it will depend which room you get allocated as to how nice the room is. We had read reviews that the area is not nice, it was so much worse than we could have imagined - I have never seen so much rubbish piled up, its grubby, dirty and smelled of urine. I had thought a 25-30 minute walk into Naples would be ok, but we only did it once. Got the train thereafter to avoid the disgusting streets on the way in. The trains are surprisingly clean and pleasant compared to walking, once you work out the ticket system. The train station is approx a 10 minute walk from the hotel. There arent many place to eat near to the hotel, and they dont open in the evening until later around 8pm, which is later than we are used to. The hotel food was expensive was quite revolting, we only ate there once. They served a weird cold courgette dish and hard cubes of potato as the vegetable sides. So the rooms, the food, the broken air conditioning and the area surrounding the hotel spoilt our holiday. This was our first holiday together as a couple and we wanted it to be special so its doubly disappointing that the hotel was such a let down. If you want to visit Naples, I would suggest avoiding this hotel, find one closer to the centre where you can wander out of your hotel and be right in the heart of Naples, with all its eateries and coffee shops on your doorstep.
