"The hotel is easy to find, with nice views and clean. We went with our kids and booked a room with three beds. However, the front desk staff made a mistake and gave us a double bed facing the lake. The two small 80cm beds meant my husband had to stay at a local friend's house for one night and the room was changed to a triple bed the next day. It was New Year's Eve that day. Because the room faced the lake, many people set off fireworks at midnight. My kids and I sat on the bed in the hotel and watched the fireworks all night. It was a perfect mistake."

"I stayed in a single room, which was too small in size, but very cozy.Very comfortable bed! High level of cleanliness. Excellent buffet for breakfast with many options. I also had dinner at the restaurant, which was really good. Service at the restaurant didn't match the level of the cousine. Overall my experienced was positive 👍👍"

Even after deleting your membership account they keep your data continue spamming you as such not following GDPR rules. Recommendation: Don't get a member of this law breaking company!"

The prices are high, and that is fine in itself, but you would expect everything to be perfect, such as the wifi. Unfortunately. "I stayed at the Saga Caves recently for two nights whilst visiting a friend. I liked the look of the listing as it was a simple apartment and relatively close to town. I didn't realise how close though until I got there. Walking to the harbour is 3 minutes downhill and to the shops is only 5-6 minutes. Location is just amazing for the price. The apartment itself is in an old wooden style house. The apartment is basic. There's everything you need and it's all very functional. I think they could have probably had another heater in the place as it was quite cold due to the wooden structure. Maybe another pillow and duvet would be useful too. Also, there was someone staying when I was there and they were moving around a lot quite late at night so you could hear their footsteps and shuffling around. Also, the bedsheets smelled as if it wasn't cleaned properly so they could improve that. But I would definitely stay again. Location is good and apartment is clean otherwise."
