For a five-star hotel, the bathroom has no ventilation. The bathroom door was closed overnight, and when I opened it in the morning to wash up, it stank so badly I couldn't even get in. I had booked a lake-view room on the 33rd floor, and I don't know where the stench came from. I looked closely, and it seems the room's ventilation relies on the bedroom's ventilation, requiring the bathroom to be open 24 hours a day, including when using the toilet. When I opened the bathroom door in the morning, the room was filled with a strong stench that gave me a headache. I had to open the room door to let the air from the hallway in.
