"This was my first time visiting Sanmenxia City, the "Swan City," during a trip to Henan Province, and I stayed at this hotel. Although there was a minor hiccup, it was resolved satisfactorily. A special thank you to Ms. Lei Qian; she was incredibly dedicated, and we left with a pleasant experience. The hotel is very upscale. The 33rd-floor room offers a panoramic view of Tianhe Lake, a truly beautiful sight. The room was spacious, clean, and the bedding was comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful. However, by five-star hotel standards, some of the front desk staff could have been more satisfactory."

"I took my child to this hot spring resort during the holiday, and this hotel is definitely one of the best I've ever stayed at. It made me feel right at home. From the pre-arrival call to check-out, every step was handled perfectly. I booked a private hot spring room, which was huge, about 80 square meters. The hot spring tub could easily fit eight or nine people. At check-in, the front desk gave my child some snacks and bath balls. The hot spring water was amazing, around 40 degrees Celsius – perfect for a soak. My child didn't want to leave! Luckily, it's nearby. I'll definitely bring my child back during the Chinese New Year. I highly recommend it; you won't regret it!"

The left side of the balcony looks out to the Yellow River. The scenery is good, and the main reason is that the hotel is in a wetland park. It's quiet here, you can often hear birds chirping, and you can occasionally hear swans at night The waiters in the hotel are very enthusiastic. I would like to thank Wang Chenmo, the deputy lobby manager, for helping me solve the problem enthusiastically and giving me fruits.
