Hotele w: Susukino, Sapporo

I had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. The location is very close to city center , making it very convenient to get around. The room was spacious, clean, and well maintained, providing a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Breakfast offered a good variety and tasted great. Overall, the hotel offers great value for money and I would definitely recommend it.

Fantastic hotel nestled @ the bustling city centre of Ssukino where the prominent Nikka OOH billiboard is. The hotel is situated right above Susukino train station 🚉 & within Cocono Shopping Mall for easy access & great convenience to travel to anywhere in Sapporo. Arrived @ the perfect timing to indulge in the reowned 🇯🇵 Sapporo snow & ice festival 2026 ⛄️❄️🧊 . The place come into life @ night with iconic ice sculptures, diverse entertainment & diverse F&B options. Best thing is it’s merely 250m away from the Tanukikoji Shopping Street with countless Sapporo Beauty Stores & Don Donki. The hotel is modern, stylish & contemporary, boasting clean & comfy room for good slumber dreams 🛌 . An incredible discovery was the buffet breakfast 🍳🍞 was definitely thr best ever which we have savoured in Sapporo, with ingeniously decorated F&B offerings to feast your senses. Exvellenr choice, Next to best, Highly recommended 👍🏻👍🏻🤛🏻

Room was clean and comfortable. Location was just a short walk away from the main intersection in Susukino. Travelers should note that a short walk anywhere in Sapporo in the winter becomes a very difficult and somewhat treacherous walk with luggage.

The location here is seriously amazing!! I think I would book this hotel again if I come back to Sapporo! It’s in a great location for going anywhere, not to mention to famous restaurants. It’s close to the station and in a perfect location for shopping, which I love. Since this hotel hasn't been open for long, there aren't many reviews, so we wanted to leave one because we were so satisfied with our stay!

Walking distance around 10mins to Susukino and Tanokikoji.. Not very near and not far. A lot of good food around that area... The Public Bath is an additional point for staying there in winter season, soak and relax tired foots after a day journey. The breakfast provided good cheese, cake and yogurt... I most love these 3 items hahaha!!! The only downside is the room size is too compact..

We had a great stay at Smile Hotel Sapporo. The location is excellent. It is close to entertainment areas, with easy access to the bus stop and subway station. The airport bus stop is also very close, just about a 3-minute walk from the hotel. The staff were nice and helpful, and the free amenities for guests were a nice bonus. The only thing I’d suggest is having a free water refill available. Overall, I love Japan, and you really can’t go wrong staying here.

Hotel located at the heart of tokyo making it accessible to go anywhere. Staff is friendly and helpful. Those who wants to stay in quiet area but still nearby to the city center should try this hotel. Recommended.

Location - close to Nakajima Koen Sta. just 3 mins walk , 711 is just around the corner, Lawson is abt a min walk and there is Seicomart near . Easy check in and check.out, staff are nice and friendly. The room is clean with things you will need from cooking, washing, cleaning. Has a lovely bathroom with tub and separate water closet.You have enough space for your luggage and can set up another futon. We had a lovely stay and will definitely stay here again next time.

Comfortable stay. Amenities can be picked up at the lobby. No luggage locker. Level 1 of the hotel is a 7/11 hence is very convenient. Hosuisusukino station is less than 5min walk away but not that there is no escalator at the nearest station exit so please find the nearest exit w escalator if you have luggages. This hotel is carpeted floor so do take note. Alittle dusty and the air purifier in my room was faulty so there is sound coming out of the purifier and often disturb my sleep so i decided not to use it. This hotel is near bustling area so overall is a good place to stay.

Overall experience was good, location is excellent. Very convenient to go to and from New Chitose airport by bus, Susukino metro is 5 mins walk. I like that they have coin laundry, vending machine and public bath in the hotel. Water in the public bath was a little too hot (probably over 45oC) but I guess that's normal to Japanese. The only thing I don't like is that the check in time is stiff 15:00 whether the room is vacant or not, but that's still acceptable.
